TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The rate is subjects to 21% government tax and service. All rates quoted in US Dollars.
Maximum occupancy is 2 persons required in one bedroom, for child (1)under 12 year old may share bed with parents.
Reservation is required. On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, we will contact you and provide you with a confirmation of availability, villa rate (including any applicable tax). Due to a high demand Bali hello Travel is usually booked in advance. Reservations are handled on “first come, first served” basis. Payments of 50 % deposit must be received to guarantee your reservation. No more than 7 days after receiving the invoice, the deposit should be received. The deposit is not refundable. The balance of the total amount needs to be paid 21 days prior to your arrival. Or at least 14 working days prior to your arrival.
Payment can be done by Credit card or by Bank transfer. Prepaid by US Dollar Via Wire Transfer (Visa,Master Card,American Express). All payments should be received in net full of the total amount, including all the bank charges & fees plus the fees of the corresponding bank(s).
The time for canceling without penalty has passed. If you cancel, the forfeiture amount will be 100 percent. There may be additional applicable charges and taxes.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT PROCEDURES:
CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM and CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 PM
Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day.
Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly room rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

First star for location,ambience,villa rooms
Second star for breakfast taste
Third star for swimming pool
4th star for politeness of staff and people working there

Fifth star is not ticked from me because due to some technical problem in electrical things and other small small things i was fedup and on request i changed the Room.
I stayed there for 5 Nights took Honeymoon Pool villa and Romantic Pool villa for 3 nights and 2 nights respectively first 2 days were down for me with many small small problems which i faced. Otherwise it is a awesome place to spend your time with family.

Keeping the negative star mark aside,
i would recommend that if the place is maintained and repairs are done in recent days .

well it is lovely and secluded for a hotel in a busyish area of nusa dua
Management were very responsive eventually to our requests for changing things and we were upgraded to the next villa - honeymoon for last two nights
Also they offerred to source muesli for breakfast !

Would we stay here again - potentially but in all honesty this is a lot of money for a very quiet resort that has no facilities other than a pool with no ball games etc!

Hello,

I recently visited this place. Its a high end property no doubt. As far my personal experience for this place is like "Hunted Place" sry but i cant see any other guest living in this resort during my stay. As far as staff is in que. they are really friendly more over service is quite prompt.
Drawbacks :
They need to maintain this property villas are good but door locks were not functioning properly. Pool need to be cleaned doors require polish. sanitary fittings need to be replaced as they were dirty. beach area chairs need to be replaced. ponds need to be clean they are really dirty.

I request the owner to spend some money on this property. It shows like nobody visits here as the condition of property is getting poor day by day!

Huge resort next to the beach. When we were there the place was completely empty. Breakfast is not good. Very cheap for such a luxurious place. Rooms and bathrooms are outdated.

A great place with nice staff and clean rooms. The only downside was the dirty beaches. Plastic everywhere..

Pool was clean and at a perfect temp.

Food was overly expensive as well as the bar at the pool. I would not recommend this place for thoose traveling on a budget.
Breakfeast was good. Not the best quality, but it tasted alright and it was alot to eat.

Very good for couple retreat/honeymoon, nice beachfront & quiet. Unfortunately such a big room & toilet without a bathtub, space wasted.
