  it's budget hotel, but still have hot water, soap and shampoo, tv, WiFi and coffee corner. It's quite near to find other restaurants. It's near from Tanjung Pendam beach also.

  Clean Hotel, with a good location in Tanjung Pandan. It is near tanjung pandan beach where you can find places to eat. Just 50M from the Hotel, on the Kemuning street, towards the city centre, there is a good restaurant called Daun Simpor where you can eat grilled wrapped rice. Further on, you can find the "cafe" Tong Jie, probably the most famous local cafe since 1943. The one here is the first one of its chain.
  
  Hotel facilities are somewhat minimum, but I guess that fits the price, so that's ok.

  Clean and simple budget hotel, located in very strategic place, walking distance to beach and town center, easy to find food and coffee around, bank ATM in hotrl lobby, free wi-fi in room and lobby area. Very Recommended
