Very nice and quite hotel.The building is well maintained. The room is spacious, staffs are friendly, located in downtown which will help you to access culinary and souvenir places easily.

Excellent service and very kind and helpful staff. I truly recommend this hotel. Location is great, just right in city centre. Breakfast is good and dinner as well. Here you can also rent a scooter or a car with or without the driver. Very reasonable prices!

Hotel is well located with friendly staff. Rooms are OK in size and clean. Buffet breakfast is also OK. Bed and airco are OK.
The swimming pool is small and in my opinion not clean. I can not be 100 % sure if it was the water, but I did get hives both times after swimming in the pool. It only lasted about one hour and then disappeared. Swimming at other places did not give me problems. I will not use this hotel again.response / report this review -

Based on photo thought it was a resort, when we reach there we were shocked and didn't know it was so small. Checked in hotel, went to the room. Once we enter the room, super disapointed. Our balcony is facing a wall, not even a swimming pool view. Why would a hotel having a balcony but with a view of just wall.
Room is quite spacious but the design of the toilet is awful.
The hotel area is super polluted with noise, not from cars or motorcycle, but noise from birds chirpping. You must be thinking how nice there are bird chirps, this is not the case, the birds literally shouts, day and night. Should do something about it. And apparently there's a church services next to the hotel and the sings everyday, day and night. I mean come on this is a hotel and people are supposed to rest quietly, this church band playing loudly next to a hotel or resort if you would call it, is super annoying.
Initially thought BW suite review was bad, so decided to try this hotel instead. After visiting here, will not return again.response / report this review -

I really cherish my stay at Billiton Hotel. My family and I stayed there for 2 nights. The staffs were hospitable -their warm welcome and genuine smile reflected the locals of Belitung island.
They also provided a great service. Our bags of souvenirs were left at the hotel after we checked out and left. The manager made an effort to call us back and he handed the bags himself to us. It was the experience I never had in a 5-star hotel I had stayed in.
Overall, our stay at the hotel was unforgettable :)response / report this review -

Everything was fine, the service, the people, and even the breakfast taste pretty good too.

My friend and I had enjoyed our stay at Billiton. We felt welcomed at every point of time as we were showered with meticulous care from the staffs. Some feedback would be that the Wi-Fi was not stable and we were unable to get connection most of the time. Nonetheless, the Billiton staff was helpful when we informed them and tried to resolve the issue for us. The room was spacious and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. With regard to the facilities, we felt that they should have more tanning beds for the hotel guests to relax along the swimming pool and it would also be good if they are able to do something about the mosquitoes.
While there are more improvements to be made for the hotel, we were glad to have chosen Billiton for our accommodation in Belitung and would return again.response / report this review -

Hotel is small but clean and well-decorated. We enjoyed their breakfast a lot - their breakfast menu change everyday and serve local delicacy, Yum! (Wish to have more selection of fruits though) Furthermore, their attentive service win our heart. If we come back to Belitung, we will definately stay here again. This hotel is located in the city center, just a few steps away from for supermarket, restaurant, coffee shop, massage shop and many more. It would be perfect if they maintain their swimming pool better.

The room is spacious and comfy. The service is excellent and very helpful. Highly recomended to stay. Breakfast menu is simple yet delicious. Located strategically at down town. It has the oldest buddhist temple in belitong which located at the second lobby of the hotel.
