This hotel has a great location near the city centre. The check-in was a bit slow, we had to wait for about 30 minutes despite arriving well after check in time. The pool is facing the ocean and it was nice to sit around the pool as the view was stunning! The pool itself is more like a plunge pool for kids. We booked a deluxe room with balcony. The bed was great. Shower was ok. There were quite a few options for breakfast and they served different Indonesian specialties every day. The staff were super nice and polite. We can ask for hangers for our wet swim suits. Will come again!

Some pesonnels were kind. But some not. It depends on your lick. When i asked additional hand towels, i got a additional charge. And room making up was bad. No mat and no towels were ready. I had to ask for them everyday. I never use this one later. And pool is very small even hotel is big.

Quite old room, air conditioning is leaking, beach is quite distance but location is not to bad, its only 15 minutes walk you will reach the city centre. Or just having dinner next to the hotel sunset akaula, cold beer is available but only serve by glass due to permit, they can not show the beer bottle

Claimed as the only 4 stars hotel in Belitung Island, this place provides a perfect spot for chasing sunset. The service and restaurant were all nice. Wifi worked fast. The room is spacious. This hotel also provides infinity pool.
The only minus point was during my last day the aircon was leaked. But fortunately the service response was fast and it was quickly handled.response / report this review -

Probably the best value for money hotel in belitung. Comes with free bbq night and breakfast. Karaoke is perpetually broken

Nice Hotel and meals.. But a little thing made us uncomfortable was the towels not ready yet when we checked in on 23 Sept 2017. Hope you can improve your service.. It's small but we can't forget it..

Executive suite but mostly everything breakdown. Hole on the robe; leak sink, shower break; smart toilet not working; as on pic. Top of it complaint not accepted.

Clean and nice place but the location is a bit far from the beach so it was difficult to get around with taxi. You have to rent a car. I ordered a shuttle through the app but the message was not deliver to hotel and I had to wait more than 40 minutes for the shuttle to come. Pool closed at 7pm so it was difficult to use it after going to the beach. Better to go in the early morning.

The breakfast buffet is terrible, very little choices of food and the restaurant is too small to accomodate large number of guests, can't imagine if the hotel is full booked.. not worth the price.. and the room is also very uncomfortable because there are lots of sounds coming inside.. lots of place for improvements!!

Good room although a bit expensive. Lobby infinetely repeats the same 10sec audio melody, must be a pain for the employees But the most awkward is the artificial bird singing blasting outside every morning. It comes out of a lousy speaker and too loud. Anyway there are plenty of real birds around, its absolutely unnecessary.
Overall, this is a decent hotel but dont expect the standard of a 4 star hotelresponse / report this review -

Nice place by toxic beach (from mining), nice restaurant, however service is inadequate and very disrespectful.
First, the 50 year old hotel masseuse tried to offer my partner a 'special massage', whilst she knew we were together (we were separated, she tried to lock the door, I had to knock to get them unlocked as it was suspicious). When confronted, after I reported to hotel manager, she made up an excuse for what 'special massage' meant and tried to shake my hand, dirty b**ch. The manager didn't even offer a refund on the massage. For both days we went for a massage they cut the 1 hour massage to 45 minutes, like we were stupid. Second, the hotel blocked tour companies from coming to the hotel and instead wanted to charge their own island hopping rates at 3x the price. Overall, there was constant cheating and attempts to take further advantage of the guests. I wouldn't recommend any couples to go here for their holiday. I truly enjoyed the place, but the treatment towards us was outrageous.
This hotel will never be able to keep foreign tourists coming back, claims to be one of the most prestigious yet shamelessly provides third world treatment.response / report this review -

It's good value for money but the hotel leaves plenty to desire. The room air-con works well but slow (about 1 hour to reach set temperature) - the wifi is decent - the mini "fridge" barely cools beverages - the shower can get flooded because of so much gunk in the drain but hot water was quick. Balcony only useful if you want to make a call without waking up your room-mate, view isn't memorable at all. Breakfast was basic at best - egg station was fine but the bacon has a cancerous look - banana fritters should be the guilty pleasure bites. Tiny gym that deserves to be overlooked as each cardio equipment creaks with every step. Overall, it should be advertised as two star hotel.

Not getting 5 stars simply because the food choice was not up to my expectation for a fours star hotel. The beach is not suitable for swim as it is not clean.
The hotel quality it self is good. I am here for business trip so it ticks my boxesresponse / report this review
