  Homestay ini cukup murah dan bersih. Homestay ini dekat dengan wisata Hermitage yang ada di daerah Peneleh contohnya : rumah H.O.S Tjokroaminoto, Tempat kelahiran DR. H. Ir. Soekarno, masjid Peneleh (masjid tertua di Surabaya) dll.
