untuk ukuran hotel bintang 4 sangaat sangat puas dengan servicenya di Mercure Hotel, tempatnya kekinian banget banyak spot foto, cocok buat yg hobby foto2. design kamarnya juga kekinian, cozy bangeeeeeett. makanan breakfastnya juga enak, Restaurant lagi2 bagusss buat foto2, tapi mungkin di masakan Indonesia bumbunya kurang strong. pokoknya di Mercure hotel setiap sudut tempat nya sangan aesthetics dan artistic 👌👌👌👌👌👌

Kegiatan Workshop Pramuka Jurnalis yang dihelat oleh KWARDA JATIM dan Tunas Hijau sangat menarik. "Kak Doz" panggilan keren Doan Widiandono redaktur Jawa Post sebagai keynote dengan mantap mengasah ketrampilan jurnalis para peserta yang berasal dari berbagai daerah di Jawa Timur. Suara "rrrrr" yang tenang dan menyakinkan membuat aura wisdom kak Doz terpancar dan mempesona 30 orang di ruang resto Ebisu Japanese cuisine Mercure Hotel Surabaya.
Mohammad Zamroni sebagai anggota dewan Amdalan Lingkungan KWARDA JATIM mengingatkan perlunya ketrampilan jurnalistik pada anggota Pramuka sebagai implementasi dasadharma ke 2.

Staffs are very friendly and can accommodate our needs! that's what I like about this hotel.
Room is nice..clean and new too.
Breakfast also good in term of the taste! Input: please provide kids menu on the in room dining and restaurant please. We ordered in room dining, my kids said the pizza is spicy. When I tried yesbut for us on little bit. If you have kids menu than it would be nice..

Very friendly and professional staff. Swimming pool is big for a hotel in the city but from the morning busy. Very good spa facilities. Breakfast is nice and has different types of flavours. Free Shuttle to main shopping centre.

I love the japanese restaurant. The spa facility is also worth to try. Have a huge ballroom to held an event. The new tower with the new guest room is better. Renovated coffee shop is also worth to try. The dim sum from chinese restaurant is also recommended.

Ebisu Restaurant

Nice and warm atmosphere, red lampion and yellow bulbs are nice. Not too dark, not too dim but clear.
Artistic, you've got to see some nice murals all over the walls of this restaurant. The staffs were super duper friendly and helpful with the food suggestions and recommendations. Best of all, the food was yummy and superb!

We stayed here for 5 days and i enjoyed my breakfast view here everyday! Buffet menus are fine. Gotta improve the dessert choice. Staff named Rino is very helpful, friendly and very effective.

Nice hotel building, terrible staff service.. rude security staff will yelled at you when you walk at the wrong side of the road.. they didn't respect guest
I lost my wedding ring at the swimming pool area.. but the pool attendant sell it to jewellry store instead of giving it back to me
If you have other choices, please pick other if you want a nice experience..

The hotel is very very nice,the interior is so comfortable and beautiful. The services are awesome,one day I was stay in Mercure hotel and it was great experience. All the staffs are very very nice and helpful. Oh ya,one more thing!!! They also have "Business center corner" where you can print out some documents in there even you're not a guess in that hotel/outsider with a reasonable prices/sheet. I found it very very very very useful and of course very very very helpful especially for people who apply visa in German or Switzerland Consulate and need to print out some documents which there was some mistakes at first and need to correcting and re-print again IMMEDIATELY . You help me so much Mercure hotel,thank you thank you thank you very much.

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights for a business trip. Overall experience is great. The room was clean and cozy. The restaurant serves many choices of menu and tasty as well. There is a cafe also in the lobby which I will try on my next visit hopefully 😁

Nice and clean room. Friendly services. The walls(or doors) are a bit thin. I can hear other guests passing my room (some late night party-goers and some little kids running around. Granted they are louder than your regular guests but I shouldn't be able to tell the source of the noise when my door is closed, in this case I can confidently say which noise is made by the party-goers and which noise is made by the kids.

Great hotel. Easily accessible to everything Surabaya has to offer. The breakfast buffet at Trimurti Restaurant has great selection of food to choose from with a vast array of Western & Eastern food. The staff are always attentive and make sure you are cared for. Friendly smiles and great service - Holi, one of the waiters who served me regularly in the restaurant was the shining example of this.
No hesitation to recommend.

Coffee café

The staffs are very nice and helpful. Trimurti restaurant has a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Love to spend my time there in the afternoon/night, after my hectic day. Superior room is not spacious, but it's ok. One very annoying problem is, the key card is sometime not working. The staff always help me, sometime it works, sometime it does not :(

Quite a nice place to sit and spend time waiting. I had danish for my meal and 'must must' for drink. Firstly, I thought that they made mistake with the drink. I asked the waitress about the drink and she explained it well. At the end, I was impressed by the service and the willingness to replace my drink eventhough I didn't ask for it. So, job well done for the service! Thanks a lot.

Very poorly maintained.. Had bed bugs.. Could not sleep peacefully.. Had insect bite make on my arms in the morning Unclean and unkempt
