Over all is good, but i found just 1 slipper and shampoo for twin bed, a good taste for the food. Wifi connection is poor.

Old building, room are standard, breakfast menu for two days are the same, the website says free shuttle bus to airport but in reality not. You can hear your own AC compressor working in the room. But the hotel location is near from centre of the city of Surabaya.

Old room..kinda smells bad. The buffet is so so. Very different class with other Sahid Group Hotel such as in DKI Jakarta. Needs refreshment and renovation

Too near with railway, too noisy if you need full rest for your next day. The tap water yellowed . And the ultimate problem is their poor wifi speed. Ps. If you still wanted to stay here, Don't choose odd number room. It face directly to the rail way.

The shower was great, with abundant fall and smooth transfer for hot/cold water. The 25sqm "Superior King" room was enough for a one night transit, and it was larger than average rooms in another hotels available for this price. And it's just a minute walk to the Gubeng Train Station and city centre. If you're looking for hotel with internet and cable tv, this room is not for you. The variety of food was also below average.

Their rooms are smell really bad, and one room cannot provide hot water. The good one only location, the rest is not recomend.

For old school hotel its a OK. But when it comes to food, comfort, atmosphere, and services its a disaster. Full of dissatisfaction. I dont have the right word to describe what I experienced.
