  Staff very friendly, but the rooms are small and the maintenance not so good. For a hotel of Horizon group below Horizon standard.

  So so room, water heater didnt work correctly, the smoke from cigarettes could be smelled in my room I had to call the front desk for help and they only brought a room freshener spray which didnt solve the problem, the staff said there was a guest who had been smoking with his door opened, thats so annoying and really they let guests smoke like that. I had to put wet towel under my door to keep the smoke from coming in. And breakfast? So so, and the Bubur Sum Sum was more like liquid than porridge. The chicken rice porridge was cold also.

  Worth it with the price. The price isn't really expensive, there is refrigerator, ac in good condition, water heater (of course), and room isn't really big so convenient if you sleep alone

  Not really convenient since the Umah Kebon is not well maintained. Dirty tables. The tent was so ugly (using unreal tension, flapping like flag)

  Diacara KSPI pernah ane berada di hotel ini,menu coffe breaknya oke cuma menu makan siangnya,menu makanannya anta alias hambar tuh.
