  The hotel was clean, have a nice ambience, good service, semi infinity pool😂 large parking lot..and the price was so affordable..they have many variety of breakfast buffet but unfortunately some food tasted nothing special..it should be improved.. They have a nice Chocolate croissant😍😁

  It will be Very Good if the Piano in the hotel can be played, off-course with strict permission.
  And in the bathroom, specially for toilet, please attach the jet-washer separated, by the right hand handle (some people not yet familiarly).

  I had bad experience with Gran Zuri Jababeka. Air Conditioner is not cool in my room, there is no towel at swimming pool area so we have to take/bring it from our room, its different with other hotel who provide towel at swimming pool area. There is no Air Conditioner in corridor so it's very hot. We will never come back again to this hotel.

  The most recommended hotel in Cikarang area for their quality vs. price. Spa, pool and gym facility is good and inspiring 4 or 5 star hotel. Lounge and pool table is a plus. Breakfast is okay, local food, oriental and omletes plus croissant and dannish bread. One of the drawback is less efficient services especially the front desk.

  I was stay at Grand Zuri Cikarang for holiday and hope everything make me comfortable both at room and another facilities.
  For 4 star hotels, this not like my expectations. Channel TV just a few, only 25 include local channel, so its make me bored.
  Going to swimming pool, very large, i loved it, and for 140meters its not too deep for me. But too much chlorine, so i cant see clearly when i am swimming.
  On bath room, shower cap and little plastic is not available.
  Last but not least, overall main course is delicious enough, but chicken porridge and red bean porridge too aqueous.

  There are many reasons and the following are below. I have even mentioned names so i would like to really give credit to the people responsible for my amazing stay at Jabebaka, Indonesia. Firstly I would like to thank; 1. Ms. Siti Adiyanti who very professional handled my booking from start and saw to all the smallest details and made my very entrance into Indonesia safe, secure and comfortable. 2. Mr. Athan & Mr. Derri (Front Office Staff) who very professional yet homely greeted me and made my full stay a memory to remember. 3. Ms. Indri (Front Office Staff) who always smiled and made me as an ordinary guest feel like home. Ms. Indri made my stay so comfortable and easy. 4. The restaurant staff namely Chef Eaga (sorry if I spelt it wrong), Chef Nurul & Chef Arif, Ade with her wonderful attitude and smile, Putri (the youngest at 15 years of age) with an amazing focus and determination to excel in the hospitality business thus making a guest like myself very satisfied and happy, Chris, Romi and Bagus. 5. The Drives at Grand Zuri and House keeping. 6. Breakfast was amazing with a wide choice and different theme from Sports Theme, Asian, Country etc. 7. Location is not close to the city but there is a complimentary drive to Lippo Mall everyday from 7pm to 9pm. Room, Security, Comfort and money value would make me rate Grand Zuri and its Staff 10 on 10. CONGRATS!!!!!!

  Overall my 6 nights stay is satisfied, some issues during my stay:-
  1) Booked advance through Agoda for king-size bed , but during check-in says full, only twin single beds. I have inform counter to change room once available, they only listen no action.
  2) Room door need to wait 10 seconds before it can be opened, informed counter and even manager but they only listened, no action.
  3) Need to refurbish the ceilings, I stay at highest floor room 1106, ceiling near window looks like haunted house.
