Room quite nice, hispitality Ok. For Food taste i give 6/10. They have a nice pool. Very recomended for business traveler specially for those who has business in Surya Cipta Industrial Estate at Karawang. The hardest part is to search alternative food, due to the hotel is located quite far from Karawang City. In the hotel complex you just have Padang Restaurant or Japanese Restaurant. Also their is a small convinience store (indomaret).

The place is easy to access, near exit toll road of East Karawang, but the room is not too clean, not enough toiletries, not enough equipment, we have to ask for 2nd towel and tissue

Very comfortable hotel in karawang, you can find the hotels in surya cipta square. They staff are friendly, the room is clean, the food very nice, they have swimming pool, gym, billiard, table tennis, and very good WiFi connection. Thank you Batiqa Hotels Karawang.

3.Staff in Fresqa:Amazing.trying to prepare some Indian food for us..

7.Gym:Average need more equipment

10.Local tour:Provide vehicles to visit to local mall on weekends

We had excellent stay. The room is clean and well maintained. Use the table tennis for sport. Breakfast was adequate and deliciouswe got free juice as well. Staffs were nice and friendly..The best hotel in Karawang.

Visiting this hotel in long weekend. Got free upgrade to apartment. Unfortunately, hot water from the shower was not hot at all. I think it's about 30s degree.

Good place for meeting important persons or customers at Surya Cipta Industrial Estate. The resto serves local and some chinese and western food, tables are arranged with quite good space. There is a small pool table you can use for free. Parking space is large but quite crowded often during lunch time.

I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel for anyone who visits Karawang for business or leisure. It is such a value for the money you paid for if you stay overnight or dine in their restaurant. Hotel is clean and comfort with courteous attitude from the staff make the visit great.

Great place to stay for a business travelers. It's very close to karawang industrial sites. Great value also.. the breakfast are good enough. They got swimming pools, gyms, large parking lot (good for tour bus). But too bad they mixed smoking room and restaurant area (minus). The rooms and the bathroom are spacious enough.
