Hotel still in good condition, room quite large, service still ok event a bit slow.
For extra bed you need wait around 3 hour. The pool (ex sport club) need renovation, specialy in the restroom.
But you still can use it.

Two times staying in this hotel, always having TROUBLE and BAD EXPERIENCE in breakfast. The restaurant staffs work like snails. They always let the food trays empty without efforts to refill it as soon as possible. They even had let me standing almost 20 minutes to wait they refilled it with new food, despite million times I asked them to refill it.

One of them gave me coffee, without sugar and cremer package. When I asked her, she promised to bring me back soon with sugar and cremer. But she didn't came until my coffee got cold. When I confront it to that woman, she didn't offer any apologies as it wasnt her fault.

One of them scream loudly to others beside my ears, "20 minutes more". If I can't handle myself, I also want to scream, "Hey, you also have duties to refill empty tray with new food in that 20 minutes!"

I dont know whats wrong with their restaurant employees. It is like they dont have any manner and they didnt GET any training from their owner. Shame on them. It also gives shame on Santika big and reputable name.

Despite all top facilities and amenities that standardly Santike offers, a particular bad treatment especially in F&B services could make terrible judgement to a whole services.

Shame on them!

Wifi service, worst I've ever used in such hotel.
Flushing and water flow not that good both at wastafel or toilet, so its not comfortable.

I've just spent a night here and 4 days in Amaris Santika Group (West Bekasi). If I have to choose, I prefer Amaris one.

Overall, I am not that impressed after one night stay at Santika Premiere, except for its luxurious look.
Went to Bekasi for business occassion, wifi has important part for remote work from hotel room.
At least this should be fixed.

Perfect place to held seminar,etc. Not a place if you are alone. One stop holiday with family. The swimmers pool and gym is great and serious mean. The food mostly Indonesia. You can find brown rice, rice, poridge, fried rice, as choices for example. Lose one star because it's just too far to find simple eatery around.

It was a good place, nice room and have great facilities like kids swimming pool, gym, badminton and reflexiology park. But when it comes to breakfast, it was very bad. Emptied food not replace soon, the desk not cleaned when it have to. I think they not ready for breakfast time. One more thing, i think towell need to replace, there was brown stain.

Clean and comfort bed linen. Reservation staff and housekeeping was very helpfull. They help to order the transportation and bring the ironboard to the room.

Food and beverages are tasty. They offering good coffee inside. Room amenities complete. Large swimming pool so it is not crowded on the weekend.

Its fun and very memorable stay. Friendly for family. Near from Kota Harapan Indah boulevard.

This is the Good Place for you to Spend Holidays with your beloved families. The Hotel's is Clean and Cozy. Complete with Free Biking, WiFi, Breakfast, and Pool. Security is Good, the service is wonderful.

But the Shower Room is easy to flooding, so I just changed the room, but is still the same, And the Food is so Boring, I stayed for like 4Days But the Breakfast Menu is all SAME, so I preferred eat at Out the hotel, Thankfully the hotel's is surrendered of Bunch of Restaurant..

The swimming pool is huge. Unfortunately they ran out of breakfast options very quickly when I stayed there. They also did not provide in-room face towels (only big towels) and hair dryer. Staffs are okay.

Nice room and good breakfast as always for santika/santika premiere standard. The pool was excellent, my family love it. Staffs are friendly and kind.
Just that when we checkin, the room was only ready at around 3.30pm :)

Nice hotel, with good variety of breakfast. Nice staff. It has sharing club facility with harapan indah sport club that can make visitors use many sport facility in the club such as swimming pool, gym, table tennis, badminton, kids club etc.
