This hotel is nice, beautiful and clean. The location is closed to the mall (shopping centre) and a lot of traditional food aroud the hotel. Only 20 minutes to the airport. Hospitality and services from hotel is very excellent. Therea are swimming pool, fitness, wi-fi, mini bar, drink for free.

It is easy to reach from the airport, just follow the main road to the west, and you won't miss it.
The hotel is located inside a large shopping block, just a walking distance to hangout and dining places or shopping area.
Rooms are great and comfortable, equipped with large TV screen that can be connected to your laptop, and decent internet connection.response / report this review -

Eventhough non-smoking room, you'll occasionally smell cigarette smoke coming from the ventilation system/ aircon, which seems common here (Indonesia) in many hotels. Great location, inside mall. Swimming pool and gym on 10th floor, free wifi, good breakfast, friendly service. Starbucks just a few steps beside the entrance (has better wifi)

Terrible hotel (how can it be 4/5 stars???). The room is full of molds on the wall as you can see in the photos. The room is extremely humid and The bed is wet. I think they need to change the air-conditioning/dehumidifier system. Poor management too as We arrived at 5pm and until 9pm the extra bed didn't come. Hair dryer was not working . and our room is facing the wall of the shopping centre (maybe that's the reason for the mold!) Moreover, Bad interior design of the rooms way too dark and the decorations just don't match each other. (Gosh we still have to stay 2 more nights from now. we stayed at swussbelhotel before and was much better!)
The only good thing was the hotel lobby and its right above a huge shopping complex. good location but terrible rooms overall for such high price.response / report this review -

Spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable. My room had two single beds, which in my opinion is a pretty small bed for a five star hotel. And the AC are too cold.
