Right beside the city of nagoya, about 3min walk. Room is clean and well maintained. Room service for food seem to be 24/7. Breakfast with healthy selection.

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel staff were also attentive and managed to let us check in earlier as per our request. The hotel breakfast was decent too. It was overall a pleasant stay and I would come back again.

Not a lot to complain about, one of the better hotels in the heart of Batam close to Nagoya Hill shopping center. Very clean, good breakfast choice. Pool and Gym were constantly attended to and cleaned.

It is a good place that situated at the middle of batam. It is Near Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre. The deluxe room we stay in was at level 7 is spacy and good. The have a big good view to see too. The TV we have got a lot of channel to watch.

Who doubt this hotel, it's strategic located in heart of city (i mean reachable). Have a cozy lounge and good ballroom for event. [Only experienced those, haven't tried the room] 😀

Great hotel. Prices are reasonable and the morning breakfast buffet is not too bad. Located near amenities. Everything is just a short distance away.

Probably one of the best hotels in Batam of the same price range. The room is tastefully furnished and extremely clean and well kept. Business function in the ballroom is also excellent. Thumbs up.

Had such a had time deciding a comfortable clean and classier place to bring my parents and a baby as most hotels look old online. Finally decided on Grands i hotel and its true to pic, clean and spacious. Breakfast was great despite not a wide spread but quality food! Took a Superior room and added an extra bed but still spacious. My room had faulty toilet and they swiftly changed a new room for us, very prompt and good service! Mgr even helped us to pack up and drag our luggage.
There's no baby pool but a jacuzzi pool and an infinity pool.
Hotel is walking distance to Nagoya Shopping Centre.response / report this review -

Deluxe room king is spacious and lovely. But lower floor is noisy early in the morning. Breakfast is better than expected but dish is not warm enough.

This hotel has a great service, good stay, very clean, satisfied! Best hotel I know in Batam. Very recommended especially for those who wants to explore more the city because it is located in the central.

Clean and huge room. Lunch is normal but breakfast with egg station is better than the lunch. Short walk to the Nagoya hill shopping mall. Huge karaoke club as well with good sound system.

Many thanks to the check-in counter staffs. They are so helpful and full of kindness. The hotel location is just nicely nearby the Nagoya hill mall and has their own linkway to the shopping area.The room is big and cozy ,with the complimentary mini bar and bath tub.
The swimming pool and gym are also new and well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel and will choose it for the next time too!response / report this review -

It's one of the better hotels in Batam but still reliant on local electricity and water which means days where you get brown water from the tap and blackouts in your room. The staff is generally friendly, the for quality is nothing special and the location is convenient to the not so nice Nagoya mall. Very expensive room rate and is indicative of what the hotel thinks it itself not so much as what the hotel actually is.

One of the better hotels around. Room is decorated with wallpaper and some art. The floor is carpeted and there's even a separate gym room for both ladies and men.

Close (ish) to the airport, and only 5 minutes away from Nagoya Hill mall. Room is clean and spacious with free minibar. Breakfast was supperb. The Wifi is not that good tho. I couldn't log in for the first hour.

Located within 5 minutes of walk from Nagoya Hill shopping mall. Recently renovated. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast spread and room service food is average. Good service from staff. Taxis from concierge are expensive. Bath tub drain was rusted.

I stayed at the ihotel near BCS mall. It's very new. My suggestion is to have a rack to put bath towels. Another suggestion is to provide hand and face towels. Otherwise everything is good. Hope you accept my suggestions.
