All the service is good but don't like the way to serve the breakfast.

Service counter is very friendly and helpful. However our hotel rooms (total of 5 rooms) did not have any hot water to bath in.

Not what i expected in a hotel. No coffee/tea in room as published online. Kettle given upon request is dirty. Breakfast spread is very disappointing. Came down at 7am but all foods were already cold and some are not cooked fully.

3 star hotel. with completed facilitation. Spa, Gym, Restaurant. and very best bed for sleep. recommended for traveler, backpacker, and long stay.

Location is strategic, easy to find. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean, comfy, quite spacious. Value for price.

Great value for the price. Clean and comfy rooms. Be sure to use the free shuttle services to/from the ferry and to the city centre.

hotel is not expected for a big crowd, water pressure low, noisy at night as there is a hotel's bistro downstair. Toilet smelly. They offer in room massage, thus you might smell some left over essential oil on bed.

1. I stayed for a week in Aug 2016. The place looked new and modern. Staff are polite.
2. Room - I booked the slightly bigger Kindness room because it has a window view. I suspect the smaller Great Joy room's window look into an opposite window. The room is nicely decorated, clean and spacious, with tiled floor.
3. The aircon is not centralised and took some time to cool down. But after cooling down, it is fine. The window can be opened to let in some fresh air. I drank tap water that was boiled without issue.
4. The toilet is nice. But only 2 big towels were given. No small towel provided. Only after a few days was hand soap and toothbrush/paste provided.
5. Housekeeping - The room was nicely kept. But the housekeeper didn't obey the "do not disturb/please make room" sign. They still knocked to ask if I want to makeup room although I put on the "do not disturb" sign.
6. Food - The hotel has only one non-aircon cafe. The food was tasty and affordable. Just note that anywhere you sit, someone may light up a cigarette. Next to the hotel is another similar modern non-aircon cafe that serve more varieties of food. The food was also nice. For breakfast, I walked to the Morning Bakery shop across the Hotel. But crossing the road can be treacherous. Cars treated the 2 lane road like a highway. Morning Bakery sell not only bread but local food as well. There is also a food street across the hotel that opens at night. However, I recommend to stick to just the 3 places mentioned.
7. General - There is free shuttle from hotel to Batam Center, Mega Mall, and Nagoya Hill at 11am, 2pm, 4:30pm. But need to book 1hr before time. The lobby and cafe look dark during day time, because lights were turned off, which is strange.
8. A few times each day, can hear prayers from 2 to 3 neighbouring mosques at the same time. The hotel is next to an industrial estate. Can hear drilling sound in the distance throughout the day.

Hotel ini berbentuk ruko (rumah toko)..namun ketika sudah ada di dalamnya, Anda tidak akan merasa seperti di hotel ruko. Hotel ini memiliki desain yang sangat nyamankamar untuk tamu yang sangat luas..dengan pelayanan yang sangat profesional. Sayang, untuk sarapan tidak bisa diminta untuk dikirim ke kamar
