Best place for holiday specially with kids. As they have huge pools. For kids' they have care center and special activity pool. Food and service is also nice. Stayed twice and both time got free room upgrade. To enjoy the free room upgrade need to book directly from hotel's web page.

I stayed in Hard Rock Hotel Bali in 2015 during my first visit as a solo backpacker. I have to mention that the welcome at the hotel was quite disappointing probably because I was backpacking and they do not expect much backpackers. Only a twin room was also available. The room was quite spacious and so was the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable and superb breakfast. I stayed on Bed and Breakfast basis so I could explore the dozens of restaurants walking distance from the hotel. There is a huge swimming pool and activities for kids.

Tip- must try the bar live band music and entertainment at night. Staff and bartenders are very friendly

I was bringing my Mom for a birthday party and the crew was cooperative. I received a free 1 hour spa coupon which is just enough time to decorate the room, so I asked the spa people's to say that the booking for the spa was full for the day, so she will use the coupon on the next day, her birthday. The next , they even bring her a free birthday cake, which is just the thing to lower her guard for the surprise. Thank you for the pleasant stay. There are also a lot of amazing facilities, like a giant chess board, sauna, steam, a gym, an amazing swimming pool, a private pool (only for certain rooms), kids club, and a gaming room

We caught an amazing deal on this hotel during co-vid and I was blown away at every turn! The rooms were spacious and well decorated. Had everything you need including bathtub, robes, balcony, and daybed/loungers. Kids club was an extra 200K per day but my daughter loved it and they kept her entertained from 9-6 (with lunch). Pools were excellent, some had sandy bottom, and others had underwater music

I visit here on 10 p.m. Just want to watch the band at hard rock bar. this is the second time i visited here and still same, excellent! The sound produced by sound system are very clear. Their bartender and other workers are very kind. They have so many foods and drinks. The band always great too. Come here and you will know, cheers! :)

The all of hotel staffs are very kind and nice. The hotel staff helped me and my kids while they were trying take their own breakfast,without I asked him. Various menu of breakfast,they served. Of course with the natural fruit juices.
The pool and live music in nite is great. My kids love it.

The most awesome hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The staff is very friendly. Facilities are terrific! There is even a sound recording studio there!
The room itself is very cozy, clean and bright. Sleeping on a bed is like sleeping on a cloud.
The location is also good. It’s close to everything in Kuta. If you stay in Kuta, stay at Hard Rock Hotel!

It's a great place with a very helpful n smiling staff.. But as a vegetarian there were not many options in breakfast menu. It's just across the kuta beach so location is fine with all the shopping n eateries nearby..

Best pool! Great rooms.. Breakfast was good, friendly staff. The lady with short blonde hair who works in the radio station there is abit up herself, she needs to smile a little! Excellent location, I would definitely bring the family back. It's a shame you have to pay extra for kids club. Food and alcohol prices are expensive, but happy hour is for 4 hours, so all good!

The place is very happening. The pool is gigantic and beautiful. The food is good and the hotel staff is really cooperative. Also their lobby and corridors are very interesting as they have put on various guitars of singers on the walls. The next time I would go to bali , i will stay in hard rock only.

Its beautiful, lexurious & joyful place.
Rooms in the hotel are very spacious and has large television and music system .
Staff is very friendly
It has a big swimming pool and also opposite to the beach and surfing area.
We can see the people from all over the world.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and fluent in English. Rooms are well maintained. Breakfast includes several local options along with regular breakfast favourites. The pool area is brilliant with cabanas and slides and a pool side restaurant. Daily live performances take place in the bar. The gift shop has a decent selection of Hard Rock merchandise.

Nice hotel, full of activities for kids and adults. Live music every night at the centre stage that you can also watch on TV from your room.
The swimming pool is huge, and the water park for kids is definitely a plus.
Friendly staff on every single department.
The breakfast buffet is a great way to start your day. Full of great food. Always fresh fruits bread and eggs.
The restaurant at the swimming pool had happy hours for pizza and cocktails.
Great location. Just few meters to the Kuta beach. Shopping centres and convenient stores around the block.
Also money exchange at the lobby. Good rates and friendly service.

We checked in for one night since the hotel was reasonably close to the airport. The facilities were really nice. Looks like a great place for a family vacation. Probably not my choice of hotels for a honeymoon or a more adventurous vacation.

Had an amazing experience at the Hard Rock. Rooms are fantastic, beds are so comfortable. Staff are beyond professional and super friendly all the time. Pool is huge with lots to do. They run kids activities for free and give away little prizes. The add on packages are great value. This hotel will not dissapoint, worth the cost!

This is the place to go with kids. They have two different slides at the pool and a man made beach for kids. It is also located in the middle of Kuta and restaurants and convenient stalls are just a stone throw away. They also have lots of other facilities catered for kids. They don't have a private beach but the public beach is just opposite the main road. But be prepared with the crowd at the beach.

Exceptional hotel with the perfect location. When you walk outside the hotel you will be almost at the beach or in the shopping mall nearby. The hotel is filled with luxurious facilities and excellent service. The hotel has a wide selection of various restaurants and bars and serves a good breakfast with something for everyone. The staff is really helpful and makes sure you have a wonderful stay in the hotel. It doesn’t matter if you want to come with your partern, friends or even kids! The hotel is suited for everyone and has different rooms specially designed for kids.

This hotel also have 2 swimming pool, but the main attraction will be their main swimming pool! I always enjoying my stay here at Hard Rock Bali!

Friendly staff and great hotel in a central location. I enjoyed my stay there for 8 nights and it's a great hotel for kids. The kids pool is great! However kids below 4 are not allowed in the kids club which is a shame 😔

The room was small and the design was not the best compared to the Pullman or Padma. However I enjoyed the stay with the good food, lovely staff, super entertainment and great pool. Would recommend the hotel especially with kids but does need improvement in room design.

We were staying at a private villa and wanted to come to Kuta for a couple of days and enjoy the beach. Instead of paying for taxis and beach club admissions we decide on a last minute stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. Our family had the best time here! The pool is massive, the house band was talented, the massages were awesome and the staff are super friendly. My children loved the kids club. They really offer a lot more than any hotel I've ever stayed at. Yeah the food is insanely over priced but who cares, you can walk down the street or get a 3 dollar taxi to take you a few blocks down the road to somewhere else. Also, it's right in front of a great surf spot. I couldn't be happier with our stay.

Great pools, very very comfortable bed , love their yukata. Husband love their day bed in the room. Grounds are nice too .. pleasant holiday ambience. A must stay hotel if you visit with family, kids will love it so much, jaw dropping beach pool with sands . Glad that our room already ready by 12pm when check in during Nyepi day. Room with music played when we enter live up Hard rock feeling.
Need revamp for room as carpet already pretty worn out.
Good and friendly reception and concierge.
On the other hand not impressed with their Starz dinner restaurant. Sent a complaint email during the stay (2 days ago) no respond received until today. How is it possible for this big brand.

Hard Rock Hotel Bali is just fantastic. I stayed there the 7th time and I am still overwhelmed by how amazing the staff is. Special Thanks to Dhanny and Yudha for doing an amazing job in Center Stage. Also special thanks to Josz for the awesome mixing class.
I think a renovation of the rooms would be good and new wardrobes - there is not enough space to store your clothes. Apart from that nothing bad to say - the food is amazing, the pool is huge, the beds are a dream and the service is excellent. I would stay there again anytime!

Loved our experience at thus hotel. Was always very clean and full of smiling, happy and helpful employees regardless of what you needed. The memorabilia they have there is awesome as well as expected at all hard rock venues. Whilst we stayed there was one band who played every night, and if it's an insight on all the band's they get then you'll never be disappointed. Located in the heart of Kuta with only a quick stroll into every shop you need.
The pool was awesome. Easy, fun and relaxing way to spend the day - of course by the pool bar!

Family hotel with large pool area that's fun for kids, big and small. Comfortable rooms, with nice pillows, but for some reason none of the toilets in this hotel have the usual water sprayers. This means that you'll smearing human waste all over your derriere. Enjoy

I love Hard Rock Cafe, and now I also love Hard Rock Hotel Bali. It has huge swimming pool area, with its water sliding, children pool area, and sandy beach pool. I was stay in Loft Room, it has 3 beds, huge room for children. The staff are nice and professional. It close to the famous Kuta beach, just 5 minutes walking. They have life music every evening in the lobby.

Came slightly after my official check in time and i had to wait an hour for my room to be ready still. Then when got in the room, there was dead flies on the floor and there was hair in the bathtub. really disgusting. not worth the huge amount of money.
