    Has the best sea view.

Hotel staff is good and friendly.

    Food choices are fine.

Indians should visit this place for good choice of menu in breakfast.

Many happening places are near such as Hard rock cafe. Pizza hut. MacDonald.

Many authorised money exchange is available on walking distance.

Best place for surfing. You can chill having your favourite drink and looking at the clean and beautiful beach.

Taxi is available at the hotel gate the same can be requested in the reception.

Kuta market is walking distance having all the sovenier items in place.

Kuta Seaview is one of those hotels which are hard to find but when you do, you will stay in one of the better hotels in Bali at the beach. Airport transport flawless, room spotless, staff friendly. It cannot get better than this

The hotel is organized between bungalows and a main building. Lots of vegetation so you easily forget the noisy streets of Kuta. The beach is across the street and it's also very crowded, busy and not very clean. But if you choose Kuta, you should already know that. The rooms are large but old, and it shows. They were doing some renovations so maybe they will improve them. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Stayed there 3 days and used it as a base for tours to explore the temples in the day, and enjoy the nightlife. For that location is key as the traffic is so intense that it takes a lot of time to move in Denpasar, so you're better off walking sometimes. Moved to another hotel the rest of my stay to enjoy others, way more beautiful, beaches.

Good property . But not great service as i was given a room without privacy right opposite to the internal pathway in the name of free upgrade. Even though i booked a room with balcony in advanced. The beach in front is horrible with full of garbage.

Recently we stay at the Kuta Seaview and we had a great time (incl tour organisation). The resort is very nice and the staff is very helpful with everything we want. House keeping is excellent and we had every day an clean "home". Our room was situated in a beautiful garden (well maintained) with a lot of green. The Italian style restaurant serves us good Italian and Balinese food (excellent nice Nasi Goreng) We wanted to show our granddaughter (8Y) Bali in combination with some good hospitality (nice swimming pool) and that is what the Kuta Seaview was able too serve.

Location is just in the center always hectic Kuta. The hotel has a calm vibe though, as rooms are separated bungalow/lodge style. The wooden room and interior are rustic and pretty great for honeymoon. It's perfect as if you want to unwind you can stay in your room or sit in the terrace. When you bored you can go out and stroll in Kuta beach.

Although the hotel is old, the place is authentic and as green as you can get along the Kuta stretch. The staffs are friendly. The breakfast is standard. Go for deluxe rooms, they were renovated in 2015.

We spend our vacation in Bali for 7 days, from 13 to 19 May 2015.
We stayed in Premier Deluxe Garden Cottage #122.
The room (cottage) we had were really nice, have a large balcony, quiet, private and close to the pool and restaurant.
The location is superb, Kuta Beach a few meters in front of the resort,
few minutes walk from Beachwalk Shopping Mall, Hard Rock Café, Poppies Lane, Kuta Square and nightlife venues.
And we also enjoy our relaxing aromatic treatment at Rama Spa and delicious breakfast at Rosso Vivo.

Very nice and clean hotel, staff is so friendly. Honestly forget the sea view, u can see only a very small part but the sunset that can be seen is beautiful. All hotel environment and the room is based on the classic Balinese style, really amazing. Breakfast is so yummi, for western and Asian tastes. Definitely was a good experience.

Friendly and in a good location. We seem to have been given the incorrect style of room (was supposed to be two queen beds on booking, but we got one king and a foldout couch), but we made do with the kids sleeping on the foldout bed. Breakfast is wonderful here. Kids really liked the pool, but they went with their dad when I was elsewhere so I didn't actually see it.

We had great expectation on Kuta Seaview but were left a little disappointed. Towels need a refresh, breakfast was a bit too similar after a few days and no pool bar.

Staff were very friendly and the grounds were very nice.

Kuta SeaView is a green oasis in the heart of Kuta . The lush, green gardens surround the cottages & give the whole place a rich, tropical vibe.
It is conveniently located across the road from Kuta Beach between Poppies Lane 1 & Poppies Lane 2. It is an easy walk to most of the tourist spots in Kuta from here as well.
Staff are friendly & attentive & rooms well maintained.

My family and I spent about a week here, and can't complain about the quality of the actual rooms although The rooms that we stayed in require walking some weird gauntlet of fire, as the corridor that you need to use to access your room has all of the air-conditioners from all the rooms venting hot air into it, a thoroughly unpleasant experience I can assure you, and it doesn't get any better the longer you stay there either.

Positives: the staff are really helpful, the long island iced tea is excellent, and if you're the kind of person who is likes hotel pools and that kind of vibe I'm sure you will be more than happy.

The main negative, which unfortunately really had an overly negative impact on our entire stay was the difficulties with actually paying our room bill when we went to check out. Bali is notorious for its ludicrous surcharge of 21%, but we are used to this having lived in Asia for over a decade. Now this is clearly the case on the restaurant menu, however it appears to be less than clear that they levy this on their hotel room fees, only they wait until you check out to charge this tax regardless of what you may have paid already. Certainly there was no mention indicated at all in any of the emails re-received or in relation to the room rates that we had confirmed before we arrived at the resort. Even after we arrived at the resort we paid the room rate with no problems and even paid for our entire stay in advance on arrival with no problems. However when we came to check out the hotel informed us that they would be levying an additional 21% on top of our hotel bill in retrospect? This is something I find utterly disgusting, they effectively appear to be attempting to add a stealth tax to tourists who they hope will shrug their shoulders and pay the bill regardless. We refused, however this did make for an exceedingly uncomfortable conclusion to our stay. So, if you are planning on staying here, I would advise that you check with them before you arrive to ensure that they are not going to be adding a stealth tax to your hotel room rate on the day that you leave.
