World-class service. The view from the beachfront villas is a dream! We had so much privacy in our villa, and such a good time in Sundara, best of both worlds.
Can't recommend enough the cocktail workshop at Telu and the treatments at the spa.
A must if you're looking for a fantastic getaway 🥂

2006 on second honeymoon. A full comp stay as a staff member of Four Seasons family. It was a non-stop comp stay trip Singapore-Bali of 4 sister properties (two in each country).

Hospitality is super,out of charts, and good quality of drinks; the location is not the best (my personal opinion, of course) if compared with others luxury accommodation in Bali.

Amazing experience! There are two main pools in the resort with a beach nearby. Since the area is quite spread out, they offer 24/7 free buggy service. Overall a very pleasant stay :-)

My wife and I went to Bali for our honeymoon. The hotel was extremely dirty. The staff was disorganized. We have stayed in a lot of Four Seasons over the years and this was by far the worst Four Seasons by far. My wife was so upset at the whole thing we left two days early.

The food was amazing! Highly recommend. I booked for 7 people, and was seated upstairs in a beautifully decorated, and air-conditioned room. The menu took a little bit to understand, but makes sense once you work it out (or have the staff explain it to you) All dishes are available in 3 different sizes, small, medium, and large, which equate to enough to taste, enough for a person, and enough to feed a few people, respectively. Our group of 7 (including a few big eaters) ordered 3 entrees, 3 large, 3 medium dishes, and 2 boosters (fried rice and leafy salad). Which turned out to be the perfect amount. One of my favourite dishes was a simple crab and coconut salad, which was brought to our table, and assembled in front of us, step by step, so we could make it for ourselves at home. It's definitely on the pricey side for Bali (about Rp 50k per head), but considering the quality, it's worth every penny. Easily the best dining experience I've had in Bali.

I cannot begin to describe how incredible this hotel is! From quality of villas, to views, to breakfast display, to the staff!! We visited the four seasons for our honeymoon and we were blown away by the experience.

Sundara beach services were incredible! Imagine little snacks arriving every hour, mixed in with cool towels to freshen up or even someone to clean your sunglasses for you.

Breakfast with a view and the most friendly staff possible. The staff from porters to cleaners to waiters and reception desk members were all super friendly, knowledgable and just there to make the experience extra special.

Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will be back again for sure!!

Avoid. No privacy in the villas, moreover need to pay to have fast wifi (15$ / day ) with the regular one, you can't even watch a video on youtube sending emails. Swimming pools are at 15 minutes walking, or you need to call for a buggy and the driver Really not happy about this hotel compare to all the other one we have done.

Apart from that, rooms are great and people are really nice, but clearly the upsel in the hotel is almost not acceptable for a 5* hotel

Unbelievable resort with amazing villas that make you feel secluded. A buggy is the main mode of transportation since the resort is so large. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful when booking things to do.

The spa is amazing with steam rooms, plunge pools, and saunas.

Very peaceful and the food is fantastic as expected.

Right on the bay, the beach is shared with the public. Lots of coral at the water edge but soft sand one you walk in. The water doesn't get very deep until you go very far out.

Just wow. The villa was perfect. The service was excellent. The resort offers complementary classes and services. From yoga to educational classes. Don't miss the breakfast buffet. Anything you might thing of is available. Even if they don't have probably if you ask for it they will male it for you. Ask for to-go boxes to take with you something for an afternoon snack. The staff do what ever tue can to please you and make your stay memorable. The ocean view is amazing. Don't forget to take photo.

Hey guys no disrespect I do thank your country for the experiences outside of this resort however I found the service to be rather horrific while inside the resort, the cleaning services didn't house keep for the 6 nights I was in the resort, personally disgusted, not to mention when I alerted the restaurants staff my son DeMarcus was gluten free and he sufferwed from bowel cancer they feed him deceased cat and homebrand wheet biscuits. Commonly we sighted many prostitutes on the site of the resort. I was also robbed buy a Balinese bandit on the 3rd night of my stay. Very unhappy with this resort, I wish all future customers the worst experience at the resort and strongly believe this resort should be shut down, Cheers for you time.

I have been to a lot of 5 star resorts around the world. This place hands down had the most helpful respectful staff I have ever encountered in my life! Not to mention how completely fabulous and beautiful all of the amenities are including the dreamy private villas. Myself and my traveling partner both have food allergies and the staff at every restaurant was so accommodating and knowledgeable. The employees seem to genuinely enjoy their job and it is definatly noticeable in the service you receive!

One of the best properties in Bali. The attention to detail by every staff member was remarkable. When we stayed the property was under partial re-modernization and the noise was only really noticeable during breakfast as our deluxe villa was on the opposite side of the resort near the yoga studio. The villa was spacious, modern, and had breathtaking views. Be sure to take advantage of the included water sports activities down at coconut grove.

Wonderful place but the staff are sometimes arrogant. Wasn't allowed to drink near the bar or walk back to the bar in pool clothes. Not quite what I expected but a beautiful resort nonetheless. Has a kids club too which is a excellent addition.

Great alternative too secluded Nusa Dua beachfront hotel resorts.

This ⚃ seasons have cool beach club. Named Sundara. We drinks and grab a bite there. They have happy hours too. Buy 1 drink get another 1 for free. You can catch great sunset 🌇 here or playing on their beach.
