Nice, cozy and have a quite clean rooms also they have good facilities such as spa, fitness centre, swimming pool and for meeting. The price is not as expensive as other hotel that available in Tanjungpinang. I think they have change their name, Comforta Hotel if im not mistaken.

A quiet place it's kinda close to supermarket and side walk hawker food. It also provide free shuttle to airport just that when I was there I wasn't informed, cause of that I ended up paying me $20

Clean and cosy stay. 4th time at this particular Hotel for my weekend cycling trip stay in Bintan island. Staff were friendly and approachable. Has a variety of amenities; swimming pool, simple massage spa facility equipped with sauna and steam room. Both my compatriots and myself enjoyed our stay and receive substantial support from the hotel of our needs and requests thus far such as a private setup of dinner to cater for us during our mid-stay period. Supermart, food locations are all within walking vicinity, strongly recommend this location for anyone looking for a short stay or getaway from the mundane city lives of your busy country if so.

This hotel is nice to stay with varian rooms. I stay in delux room near pool. This hotel for delux room has terance to enjoy evening. you would love it with good garden and friendly stuff

Location at Km 10 arah kijang . Rooms is not bad but its still like a normal hotel , more good to upgrade the floor using carpet and the pillow should give more , and i think all is should upgrade like the toilet , door . Service is not bad . The breakfast food not too much choice .

Pretty comfortable hotel with lots of shops around. Wifi setup is a bit of a hassle as sometimes it requires you to re-login but otherwise it's pretty fast. Breakfast buffet was ok. No egg station available but you can always order one from the kitchen. There was a problem getting consistent hot shower in the room. Swimming pool area is well maintained. Overall a reasonably good stay.

The Hotel is ok if compared with others in tanjung pinang. But, the management should pay special attention to the sanitation. The towel and the bed sheet is yellow and has a bad smell.
