Friendly staff. Aircon not working. Sound system ok. Touch screen display. No chinese characters hence need to use hanyu pinyin to look for chinese singers and songs. Don't bother with changing keys of songs. Nice ambience. No lift. Climbed up 3-4 flights of stairs to the highest level that had bigger rooms. One interesting thing was that the system rates your singing after each song!
