Recommended place in Tanjung Pinang.
Very close to airport, good place to have a business meeting with client, good price for comfort room, free airport shuttle, the wifi bandwith is good enough.
Just need to improve the breakfast.

we really like staying in this hotel, close to the airport, and easy to find. close to gas station and cullinarry. The hotel is equipped with gym facilities, a large swimming pool, karaoke. the breakfast is quite tasty. we stay 5 nights and wear 2 premier rooms. the rooms are spacious and clean. Thank you aston.we can exercise for diving exercise in this hotel

Breakfast is typical everyday, choices are limited. Rooms are well maintained, but the pillow are in dramitically bad condition smells sour as if the pillow or case it self has not been change for a long time. The lobby smells cigarette as this is a airconditioned area. Wifi connection are in good condition specially in rooms except at the lobby areas.

Nice hotel with all necessary amenities, including toiletries and hair dryer! Food served is enough to get by, though a tad spicy at times. Air conditioning in the rooms are good.

The hotel rooms were quite spacious bed is comfortable food was average the staff
here acted more responsible then the manager, but the service was very unpleasent they said that the hotel was overbooked and took mine and my roommates item without our permeation should have shown more respect toward the guest in the hotel

Good place to stay, located near airport. i got a room that some of the lamps already broken and they fix it soon after i called them about the matter. But it's so crowded during my visit, it's really hard to get a proper breakfast because most of the dish already gone and they rarely add the dish amount. so better to get an early breakfast on a visit during holiday season

The hotel is a bit further away from the town centre but it's probably one of the hotels on the island with a higher standard. We booked two rooms, one was in a slightly better condition than the other. One of the room on floor two had a damp smell and even the corridor (level 2 - same level as reception) had the same smell. The room on level 1 was flawless. Breakfast was decent and the Wi-Fi was very fast with good signal on both rooms. For some reason they did not turn on the air-conditioning at the lobby so it was quite warm and felt a bit off. Pool area appeared to be maintained well.

Affordable rooms and rates, but pricey | slow | terrible hotel services. Staff is very lax and unprofessional - food & drinks at the hotel are ridiculously priced and mediocre. Bring cash, Aston Hotel does not accept credit cards with the excuse that their machine isn't "working". Charging to the room seems to be problematic as some of the staff working at the Spa/Gym are very reluctant to do so - fearing the guest will cheat them or something. Overall felt very insulted and very estranged.

The rooms are quite small if you take a 2 beds' room but quite spacious for a 3 beds' room. The tv in the hotel has many channels including a Singapore Chinese channel however the room has no clocks. Bed are comfortable, the toilet are small and has no bathtub. The view for your room depends to a range of the back of the hotel to the abandoned building nearby to the swimming pool. Some rooms may need to take up to a 5-10 minute walk to get there. Food is great but needs more variety.
