The only way you would ever get me to stay here again would be if it were demolished and rebuilt. It is absolutely disgusting.
there was that much mould in my room that I'm surprised it didn't have to pay rent.
I also hope you like waking up at the crack of dawn, because those curtains are piss weak. not a fan of 5:30am kick offs every day.
Oh, that is if you can get to sleep from the sweltering heat due to the broken A/C we had to deal with.
As for the bathroom, well, it is rather embarrassing asking my friends in different hotels if I can use their shower because mine didn't work.
Knock it down, start again. There are prisons that are nicer.

This trip we stayed on the 3rd floor at the back of the hotel. The room was clean and roomy. Staff, Room Service and Housekeeping as per previous stays were very good. Everyone is always very helpful.
A suggestion would be to have a full length mirror in the room just to assist you with being able to see how you look when going out. Will not hesitate to keep on staying at Champlung Mas on our next visit.

Awesome Hotel, Awesome and welcoming people and awesome service.
Very humble staff and friendly environment.
Neat and tidy rooms and room service was awesome.
Two pools with Bar, rooftop pool with Bar was awesome.
Spa service is good. Restaurant, food and complimentary buffet breakfast was also superb.
They have bikes for rent, transportation services and currency exchange and lot more.
Located very prime location, walkable from Legian beach.
Too many things to choose this hotel, will definitely suggest to others.

Great location with rooms available overlooking the pool with swim up pool bar as well a great rooftop pool with bar and a great view of Kuta beach. Recommended for location and price if you book online as you will save close to half of normal price. Food is amazing and drinks great price. Overall i would recommend for couples or families especially with the choice of 2 pools depending on time of day.

Stayed here twice now. I have been to Bali many times and for price I don't think you can get better value. The breakfast is fine, it's in a fabulous location and the rooms are ok too. I don't spend much time in my room so never need anything super fancy. Add long as it has aircon and a comfy bed then I'm good. The pools are great. One swim up and the other (rooftop) has a bar to order from or waiter service. I will certainly return.

Have stayed several times over 30 years but this was the first time in the new rooms. Stay was comfortable and has everything you need. Air con could have been colder but that is just typical Bali for you. We stayed in room 125 which was away from the pool and nice and quiet which we appreciated. Looking forward to staying there again soon.

I came to Bali with my partner for a romantic holiday. We chose your hotel because the pictures on your website looked very nice. We were disappointed when we were showed into our room and the smell of mould was over whelming. We asked to move rooms the next day and the next room was slightly better but still had a smell of mould. The rooms are a good size.
The pool facilities were good and the staff we dealt with were always helpful.
The hotel in our opinion needs upgrading. All the bathrooms need renovating and cleaning properly. I was always hesitant on showering as it felt dirty. The mouldy smell in the rooms definitely needs attention. Wouldn't stay again until renovations were completed.

Not satisfied at all. The room I got was not cleaned well also bathroom. Very bad smell coming out the bathroom had to switch on the exhaust fan all the time. First thing I had to do was asked them to change the bed sheets and pillow cases as they had stains. Price wise ok and breakfast also good. Any way not going to this hotel again. Thanks for your hospitality

Low cost hotel , but value for money with choice of two pools , one rooftop with views. Central position for shops, restaurants and beach . Needs some updating , but is clean and staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious ,but without coffee making facility in Superior rooms unless you pay extra.
Breakfast poor , but plenty of breakfast places very close by .

Friendly staff and clean and tidy.
Good location, close to the beach & restaurants.
For what we paid, it's okay !! A few things you should check when booking.
Superior rooms don't have tea and coffee making facilities.
    TV is 32" not 42"
    Needs more sunbeds
This is not a bad hotel, but does need some improvements/updating.

The staff at Champlung Mas made our stay ! They were always smiling and friendly and happy to help at any time. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was good with good food - and the location was great for us, however the bathrooms seriously need upgrading as they are dirty and smell pretty awful. I did not want to shower in them at all and the towels could definitely do with a proper clean.

Champlung Mas hotel is situated very close to center of all happenings. Hotel has good rooms though they show the sign of aging property. Pool is good but why you need pool when you are 10 minutes walk away from very good beach.

Located strategically in between Kuta Beach and Legian Street.. Nice spot to visit either Kuta Beach and Legian Beach.. Offer buffet for breakfast and spacious room for the price is another strong point. And the last is the two swimming pool concept one located at ground floor an the other on the rooftop with excellent for sunset at Kuta

The rooms are outdated and not clean. They smelled very musty/mouldy. We arrived to find we could not have a double bed room which we booked months in advance and were put in another room which smelled like a swamp. The barstaff and staff a very welcoming. Have learnt the lesson, you get what you pay for and we will be paying extra next time.

The time spent at the hotel was lovely. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, breakfast was large and delicious. Only complaint would be the instability of the internet connection (frustrating when looking for places to visit) and the seemingly run-down hallways (many hallway lights do not work and paint touch ups are sketchy). Apart from that, the rooms were lovely and choice of two great pools was a bonus!

was an ok hotel but had problems with staff stealing so we needed to keep everything under lock and key . we had 3 power blackouts the air con stank of mold the toilets leaked as well as the water was shut off twice due to pipes bursting, I can get past all the maintenance issues but the staff stealing from to room doesn't gi down to well with me
