Property is really good Reducing two stars
One for Hotel's Policy towards taking deposits (even one has already prepaid rent for the room) for any expenses you do inside the room, at pool or at bar.. either you deposit money at the counter before spending or settle at the time of ordering. Don't they trust their guests? What one would do when in pool and want to order some drink from pool bar? Come out of the pool, Go to the room, get cash and order drinks.. while all rooms are not near the pool so just to get cash you have to walk more.

One more star less for their beach club and access to beach.. it's very sad.. the adjoining beach resort has full set up, good DJ playing music, bar set up and everything.. here you have only few chairs.

About rooms, when entered it was stinking but settle down after few minutes.

Rest all good for family fun.

Visit Bali Dynasty Resort every year all the staff are friendly and wonderful and they go out of there way to help you out. Service is excellent and the restaurants are all excellent as well. I wouldn't hesitant to recommended Bali Dynasty Resort to anyone l have always had a great stay.

Good hotel, but rooms are a bit old fashioned. Good variety of food for breakfast though would expect more for the stars it has. Location is great, close to airport and rows of restaurants and souvenir shops

Bali Dynasty is a beautiful resort. It's for kids and family resort. Ground floor hotel/ bar is awesome with live music.
Breakfast you have 2 options, one restaurant for continental breakfast and other one for normal breakfast. We can choose one at our wish. Pool is awesome, it has temperature controlled. Pool bar is great. Fire games are good. Children will have fun.
Barbeque dinner is awesome. Fish & ducks in a small pond is good entertainment for kids. But they charge for feeding it. Surprisingly to feed their fish & ducks .. we need to pay, that's annoying. 😀.
Rooms are good. For kids bunker beds are cool. Water gun in the bath room near commode is missing. Bath rooms are small, especially shower are is very small. Difficult for stout persons to get in and get out. Interesting thing is ice maker is available at the ground floor is something new on me. It's good.
Over all is a good resort.👍🏻😀

Big swimming pool. Even the have slider at the pool. Children will love it. Have family room. Each of your children (until 3 persons) can have their own bed. And their own tv, because in 1 room, they provide 2 TV. Nice !!!

Bali Dynasty Resort is a perfectly laid out for family focused holidays. The decor is a little tired.
The staff are very friendly and never miss a chance to serve the guests or to improve your stay.

Included breakfasts are great and cater for everyone including those with special needs.

There is an adults only pool area with its own bar. Generally tranquil and quiet. Always cool with grassy areas and plenty of shade.
The kids pool and waterslides are well setup. The main pool is large and includes an in pool bar. The main area is 2 metres deep, so most people relax around the edges, either with children or as couples etc? A couple of island like table and chairs in the middle, would greatly improve pool usefulness. There is very limited shade in the pool and I think this limits the amount of time people spend in the pool.
Overall a great time was had by all.

The rooms are modern and maintained. AC works extremely well, and the staff are accommodating. They were able to add a rollaway for no extra cost. I took off a start because the room service did not have many of the dishes on the menu available, and because the hotel does not open directly to the beach.

Such an amazing resort!!! The photos do not do it justice. Had the most amazing 7 day holiday (which turned into 15 days due to the volcano recently). Ever staff member was fantastic. Went with a friend and also my 5 yr old son. Kids club was GREAT!!!!!! So helpful and my son begged to go everyday! Even if I went kid free I would definitely come here! Such an amazing experience xxx booking my next holiday back here soon!

Nice place to stay. They held various hotels events. But the floor was a little bit sticky and greasy at my bedroom and the resto. Ow. They have a hospitality lounge, just in case coming too early or going out late.

Perfect Bali resort for the family. Rooms are spacious. Kids pool is amazing. Very well located, with short walk to Discovery Shopping Mall and it's shops and restaurants.

Dynasty is a fantastic resort, we just came back and can only say wonderful things about our stay there. The staff a so freindly especially the pool staff with the kids activities around the pool. We will be returning without a doubt AAA+

Its absolutely the best resort I been to. Attention to detail and professionalism is amazing. The kids pool and activities are great. Rooms are tidy, staff are helpful and smiling always. Breakfast could be better, not many choices for vegetarians, but is ok. Different restaurants are available in close proximity and within resort so not a big problem.
Overall enjyed our stay.

The hotel was nice and was quite clean - there were some refurbishments happening on a few rooms which should be good for the hotel - the "new" family suites were well appointed and giving us a kids toiletry kit was a nice touch in the second bathroom. The h2o bar for lunch & dinner was limited for range and quality was just ok. The breakfast again here was limited for range / variety and again was just ok - nothing was wow. The kids play ground and water play ground was nice and safe and looked to be well maintained and had life guards. Overall hotel was nice and good for familys.

Great hotel for kids. Fantastic all day kids club with really good activities. The room is nice but smells a little damp, it's a family room with a big main bed and a bunk bed. Each section of the room has its own tv with lots of channels. The pool areas are nice but a little simple and super deep which means everybody just congregates around the sides. The restaurants are reasonably nice but all food and drinks are quite pricey. The staff are fantastic and really friendly, the kids are fine chatting to them and making any food or drink orders. All in all a really good hotel but just a smidge short of at star rating.

Room is good - all facilities I'd expect, clean and modern. Pool is excellent. Lots of entertainment. Staff are helpful and friendly. Only been to H2O restaurant for breakfast and had pool snacks so far but they've been good (good dange of food and a fair price).

When looking for a hotel with warm Balinese hospitality, please look no further. Bali Dynasty Resort has excellent staff, who will make sure you have an amazing stay. The hotel is in walking distance of several small shops and restaurants, so if you want to get out of the hotel and explore Bali then you can. But if you rather stay in the hotel, you don’t have to worry. There are six restaurants and five bars. There is also a spa, fitness centre and trapeze school. In addition to this there are different children facilities, which makes the hotel available for families. The hotel is stunning and clean and will give you the ultimate holiday feeling!

We stayed at Dynasty for our daughters 18th Birthday. Staff were awesome, friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The events staff were excellent with everything arranged by email, bang on with no issues at all. Kids loved the pool. All in all a top experience.

The bathroom cleanliness need to improve and the room arround that we stay seems like under renovation the staff is kind and friendly. The kids pool and water slide very entertaining with a lot of fun , this hotel really suitable for the family.

Hotel is dated but well maintained. Management probably needs to keep up with the the time and remove silly restrictions around the place. Singlets are not allows in their cafe! Hello??? We are in Bali for goodness sake and it's stinking hot in your cafe! Wifi is also limited to just 1 GB a day unless you pay for an upgrade which again has limitation of up to 5GB a day/4 devices. Really frustrating when you constantly get disconnected. Staff also appears to have worked in the hotel for too long. Will I return? Not a chance unless it's the only hotel in Bali. Just look elsewhere like next door's newly opened resort. My decision to book this hotel was clouded by raving reviews about how kid friendly the place was and it's pools. Don't be fooled. The kids club looks run down and pools are dirty.

I was really disappointed will our stay at this hotel. The Wifi didn't work. I found the staff at the front desk to be unfriendly and unhelpful. Our son is aged 8..the kids club was like a nursery. The bed was uncomfortable. I was asked to fill out a review. I went to fill out the form only to fill it had been sealed and previously filled out by another guest. Overall didnot enjoy my time at this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

It's an awesome hotel, located at very strategic at Kuta, just need 5 minutes walks to shopping mall, and just 10 minutes walk to Kuta Beach. The room size are big and very convenient. We love the breakfast. The swimming pool are great and fun. It's a recommended hotels specialy for travelers with kids.

My family and I come here every year in May for 2 weeks.
My daughter loves it as do we all!! Clean, lifeguards for the kids pools, great atmosphere, nice bars, 6 restaurants, gym, entertainment during the day and live bands at night - Can't wait to be back their in 6 weeks! !!

Outstanding hotel, particularly for families. Simply couldn't fault it. Activities all day for the kids and the kids club is great if you just want a few hours with your partner lazing by the pool. The staff are so friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. The room was in excellent condition and when we had a minor issue with the basin they fixed it within 5 minutes. I highly recommend the Dynasty for your next family holiday.
