By far my favorite part of my two weeks in Indonesia! The facility is tranquil, beautiful, authentic, and just want you need if you’re looking to disconnect and escape reality for a bit. We were upgraded to a larger suite on the second floor. Had a beautiful jungle view from the bedroom and bathtub. Bucket list experience! The staff were so lovely. Julie took us on a nature walk where we saw the rice fields and met farmers and she also hosted yoga class. There was a male staffer who provided my partner with a male sarong so he could enter a temple and even arranged our driver for that road trip. Bikes can be hired there for a very low fee (around $5 a day). I will return to Ubud just for this resort. Exceeded expectations. And is so affordable for what you receive (free activities, breakfast, peaceful and luxurious facility!).

Very friendly staff and nice surroundings. It’s vey pricy but it’s also a luxurious place for tourists. I found the food to be tasteful. There are places with better value for money though, hence the 3 stars.

Wide range of free amenities offered (trekking through village and rice field, afternoon tea, punctual shuttle service), attentive staff (it feels like every single person you see there is happy to have you stay), good air-conditioning, enormous bed and very nice restaurant made us really happy to stay here. Only thing I can recommend is that the mosquito net in our room be changed. It has lived a good life. Overall great experience.

It was really amazing place to stay, one of the best resorts on the tour. The location though far from the main market area they had shuttle which were operating quite well for easy travel. The location was one of the big plus absolutely calm, in the mist of lush green trees. The restaurant was good and had good vegetarian menu.The room was extremely spacious clean, the amenities was excellent and had good room service and helpful staff.

Boutique villa that is a very nice size - very cozy and has friendly staff.

The villa has 2 pools - one next to the reception area and another at the top of the villas. The pool at the top of the villa is better as the water is warmed by the sun (the pool next to the reception is shaded and water could be quite chilly).

We had the Sunia Pool Villa which is a self contained villa unit. The Sunia Pool Villa is great for small family or couples who wants absolute privacy - it has its own pool (10 x 10 feet) inside the villa, a dining area with its own gazebo and a brilliant bathtub that extends partially into the open area. The toilets are interesting that opens to the gazebo area and it partially open. The beds are very comfortable and relaxing - overslept every day during out stay.

The villa is 10 mins drive away from Ubud central, not within walking distance however the villa provides complimentary shuttle service every hour to Ubud central. Great place to kick away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and act as a jumping point to explore the surrounding area of Ubud.

Stayed in the villa. Love the bathroom that opens our to nature! Nice cosy boutique place. About 15 mins away from Ubud town so you can have it off the grid a little. Free shuttle to Ubud town every hour. Great selection of breakfast. Love the bubur ayam soto

Staff is very good, the idea and atmosphere is charming. Breakfast must be mentioned. But.

Too many nature sound during the night - it's hard to sleep. Toads, birds, cocks, insects - all the creatures are very well heard in the rooms on the second floor. Because of the very natural roof. Too natural to be soundproofing. Aircon is not configurable. It's either on or off, even there are much more buttons.
Wifi is very unstable.
In the rooms on the first floor - the same problem with aircon. And no cell coverage.

We stayed in a villa which was heavenly. The staff are extremely helpful and always smiling. The location is beautiful and a decent car ride from Ubud, however the hourly shuttle service allows easy travel to town. Our bed was divine, little touches like home baked cookies on turndown add to the charm. Amenities were of good quality and in room power adapters very handy. The food in the restaurant is divine.
I would come here for a meal every week if I could. 5 star meals with palate cleansing sorbets between course and scented warm towels on arrival. My only regret was not staying longer
