It is good overall, easy to go anywhere around kuta/jimbaran. It must be good for you when you stay in bali.

Only one thing that minus from our room , the AC is outdated , not feel anything from it if it in the daylight . Anything else ita wonderful place , reach any places by only a few steps , very commonly for families, quite at night so we can rest peacefully. Breakfast OK , staff friendly , hopefully the management makes innovative movement to keep the hotel
Outdated . For a little example , a fruits would nice for welcome guest at his room , something like compliments to king of the house . Forniture its outdated too but its okay . Anyhow i love adhi jaya , my third time goes here .response / report this review -

Good hotel to stay at low cost.
But try to find out hotel near by beach.
Adhi jaya is too far from beach.
So your texi rent will increase.
Good staff.
Helpful nature of everyone.
Also have good housekeeping.
But the problem is of food.

It was located on a good spot on sunset road. In a very busy road. The place was quiet so you can relax here. Its near womith popular restaurant too.. has a clean room and a pool too.. had a nice stay here

If you don't mind that the rooms are dirty than you can take it. The children are running through hotel early in the morning and in the evening the guests are not quiet. The water in the pool doesn't looks healthy. The pictures on the net are nice but reality is different.
