It's good cause near from shopping center.. if you bring kids it's okay to bring them to swim at pool.. but room it's very small and can still hear voice from the neighbor

Some cozy place for stay. But, the access to this hotel are crowded at regular day (mon-fri). Room are okay, and the waitress are ok too. You will get welcome drink for staying.

FOUND 2 COCKROACHES FROM TOILET.
For the first one, officer came to toilet and I didn't know what he did. WITHOUT SAYING ANY APOLOGIZE.
For the second one, officer offered me to move to the next door room. And again, WITHOUT ANY APOLOGIZE.
WHAT A BAD HOSPITALITY.
Wanna stay with cockroach? Just come to this hotel!

Simple and quite nice hotel. Small room and small restroom but I don't really care since I just need it to sleep only. There is a Matador Waterpark that connected to our hotel. It will be free for hotel guest. We went there at 8:45 am since the hotel receptionist told us that they open at 8am. However, the water still on turned on. I asked them and so they turn it on. I went to our room to grab some stuff while my family stay at Matador. As soon as I came back to Matador, I found it that they turned off the water again. So I asked them what happen. Their answer is so simple, "Oh we are cleaning the waterpark". How can a waterpark have NO WATER WHEN THEY ARE ALREADY OPEN? The water was still not working when we left the regular swimming pool around 10:30am. I guess maybe because we are the only park user and we are NOT PAYING guests, so they turned off the water again. Because I really cannot understand how can A WATERPARK WORK WITHOUT ANY WATER DURING OPEN TIME.

The breakfast is a bit poor, but recently they have some hams and fresh vegetables which makes it acceptable.
Lack of gym of pool facilities, the room is tiny but OK. Hard to find a good quality hotel in Cikarang anyway.
The staff are nice and thanks to them for taking me to hospital after my Indonesian food poisoning experience!
