Great parking spaces, great reception services, good rooms, great room price, great location, good meeting room, average wifi connection, absolutely abysmal food quality(breakfast included). You better off bring or even cook your own food.

Hotel dengan konsep modern dan minimalis. Kamar tidak besar, tapi nyaman, dengan keran air panas dan dingin yang terpisah, memudahkan untuk menyetel suhu air sesuai keinginan kita. Tidak tersedianya ketel air panas untuk bikin kopi atau teh, dikompensasi dengan disediakannya dispenser air disetiap lantai. Keuntungannya, kita tidak lagi perlu beli air, downside'nya, kita harus keluar kamar untuk bikin kopi atau teh. Staff sangat professional dan ramah.

After a long trip from Balikpapan, then we arrived late afternoon in Samarinda. The group and me decided to stay overnight in this hotel. Wowthis is a cozy and pleasant hotel. Travellers are recommended to stay here. Friendly and nice receptionist has granted us the first good impression on this hotel. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast was so delicious that attracts your appetite. Only TV needs improvement by the addition of more channels. Rooms should provide light sandals.

Clean, comfy and minimalist design. The room is not quite big for twin bed, the toilet too narrow and the TV is to high. Not comfort whaching TV while laying on bed

Room window is very small, look like in prison. The bath room is very small even to get enter have very difficult. Shower equipment is very badduring Breakfast diabetic sugar not available, menu is very limited and taste like rubish. I have not recommend this hotel to my colleagues as well as to my family and friends

It was OK. Avoid staying in a room nearby the elevator, it's constantly beeping and a lil bit annoying. Exhaust system in the bathroom need improvement because the smell after taking shower is leaking to the room. The room design is kinda bland, but understanable since it's a budget hotel. Internet speed is slow, but manage to open email and some news on the web. But if you want to stream video, just forget all about it and watch telly. Beside all the minor things, it was a good place to sleep and rest. The recepsionists and the staffs are helpful, especially if you ask them nicely and respectfully. They are always smilling and give us welcoming vibe. They are the reason 4 stars in the review, without them it's only 3 stars.
