The hotel was not as I am expected. Im not happy because

1. The hotel not accept American Express. I am expected Accor hotel must have all this payment facility.

2. I have problem with my ATM card and ask the hotel to pay first my taxi fares and charge back to my credit card. Unfortunately, they don’t want to help me.

3. The hotel also dont want to help me to change my money from Ringgit Malaysia to IDR, in order to help me to pay the taxi.

I am travel around the world. This hotel is worst..!!

It was 1st time i got weird experience with accor hotels, i got occupied room in the day i arrived, my access card can open a room that occupied by other people, and then i was move to unmade room. 3rd day i was move to another room and get wrong floor access card. The menus in restaurant more or less same from day to day. But this hotel is on strategic place and connecting with Duta Mall.

There is a lot that can be improved at this hotel. Best thing about the hotel is the staff but the service is sometimes slow. Food is okay, it's clean but the room can be improved. Average.

Nice and granduer lobby
Comfortable lobby lounge and good coffee shop with below hotel average price menus
Great swimming pool, large and suitable for kids, offered tube, googles n surf board rent although in limited quantities,
The room are nice, bathroom clean,
But the TV was too small compared to the viewing range
The room needs additional sofa to leverage the space usage, peferably a lounge sofa,
Lame parking facilities, hotel guest has no specific parking space, even if they said they have, those spots were being used by mall visitors also, limited bell boy to parked/ valet the car,
Breakfast were great, appropriate varieties and delicious enough

Really good place, views, decorations & facilities. Reasonable price. The pool was big and have a little garden. The water was clear. The food in the restaurant was good too.
But the cafe have a little menu though. It would be great if theres more choice to it. And why the Smoking Area near the pool ? It would be great if the air is fresh.

Good place to stay. But, the swimming pool area is smoking area. A little contradicted when you are with children. How they're swimming with smoke around them?

Right next to the mall so more options for Food and shopping for daily needs. Even got a theatre if you are up for it. Overall service is good. Rooms are spacious. I got the Deluxe room which had the basic amenities with a good Pool View. Food is good to average. Soto Banjar Ayam is recommended. It was Ramadan season so many things in the menu were not available. The Fitness room is amazing with almost all the equipments you can ask for. Breakfast was a bit disappointing on the Western side. Breads didn't look fresh and were quite hard.

Overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend for business travellers for the location at the heart of the city
