  I don't consider this hotel to be 4*. Rooms are good but restaurant and swimming zones need renovation. Also pool is closing too early as for the hotel in touristic city

  Our stay has been without any problems. Most importantly as an English only speaker the staff has been very accommodating in communicating with myself and my family .

  Pros: Nice big apartments, sport center, pool, sauna, adequate personal.
  
  Cons: Quite far from center, but public transportation in Budapest is good, so it takes around 30 min to arrive almost to any destination. Wifi periodically has drops.

  We stayed in the Buda room. The room was super large and the architecture of it was gorgeous. It was annoying having to drag suitcases up the stairs that are within the room though. The master bed is comfy although it's 2 twin beds but together so there's a crack in the middle. The air conditioning in the couch and kitchen area was poor. There were smashed bugs on the walls. Shower water ran yellow for 5 or so minutes. Wifi was poor in the Buda room
