This is in a prime location by the river Danube with view towards the parliament. Rooms are clean and WiFi comes as standard. Restaurant is open till late and breakfast buffet has a good range of options.

Stayed there 2 nights for Business. The view of the Parliament across the Danube river is stunning. The rooms are clean and accommodating. Prices are reasonable and the staff very welcoming. Overall, wonderful stay.

Nice hotel situated on the Buda side of the city right by the Danube with an excellent view of the Parliament Building across the river. The family room is spacious but the bathroom is disproportionately small. The toilet is in a separate room. The staff are very friendly, efficient and professional especially those in the restaurant. There is outside parking available in front of the hotel @ €2/hour or €15/night. There are public transport options within 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. If you prefer to walk to the city's attractions, most of them an be reached within 45 minutes. The breakfast is nice with hot and cold options; noodles and cold fish were available that I have not seen in other Novotel hotels in Europe. A couple of areas where the hotel can improve on are the decor (tired) and cleanliness. However, those things were not too significant and would not deter from staying here again.

My family and I enjoyed 3 nights of blissful stay in July 2017. The service is very good and the staff are wonderful. The food in the restaurant though limited in options was great. The online voucher for meals is value for money. The breakfast is also very good. In the restaurant Ms Hinga provided a top class service as did all the other staff. The Hotel is close to the train station and the Budapest castle is walking distance. From the restaurant overlooking the Danube you have a great view of the Majestic Parliament building which is directly opposite the hotel across the river. Great place to stay with good staff.

Nice view but location was off, a 10 minute walk to the metro, tramp and bus. Hotel rooms are average but the carpet looks dirty, maybe because of the color. There's no iron in the room, it is only available on the 7th floor (make sure to take your room key to use it.) The breakfast was decent but the service was amazing. The AC was also really nice. Bathroom is small, only one person can use it at a time but it was clean. There was free Internet but very slow connection.

The location and style of this hotel is perfect for a stay in Budapest. The staff are very attentive and polite. Right on the river Danube and within easy reach of the many treasures to be seen in the city. We will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are a fair size and nicely decorated. Only downside is TV, not up to par with the rest, old and channel selection is very poor.
