Lovely chic hotel in super central location. If driving, use their valet service as parking is a nightmare

Without doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I only wish I had booked that extra day. I purchased the couples spa break for my wife and I. Fantastic from start to finish and worth every penny of the €200. We where collected from the airport in an S class and safely delivered to the hotel. Our bags were checked and we were offered the option of them being unpacked. Fruit plater and fully stocked mini bar. Proseco ice as I had requested. Spa treatments were booked for 2pm but we were late due to a delayed flight the hotel could not have been more helpful. Treatments were excellent and full of giggle partly due to the proseco but mainly due to the company.
Room was fantastic. Funky Japanese electric heated loo and heated flooring. Mezzanine bedroomover looking a well appointed seating area.
Immaculately tidy. Breakfast looking out onto the streets reavealing a taste of our exploration of Budapest.
Only wish I booked that extra day. Budapest is a great place to visit one of most friendly cities I’ve been too. The hotel reflected this.response / report this review -

What a place!
Wow!!!
Smack on Back Utsa,wonderful set up,plenty of unseen ideas_loudslpeakers on the ceiling for a fantastic sound In the room or a hi tech toilet who will require a PhD to flush.
Smack near the entrance two fantastic Hungarian restaurants
With live Gypsy music and around the corner a really good cake shop for locals.
It holds the ground against Gerbau
Without a blink.
THE place in Budapest.

Great hotel with really pleasant and helpful staff. Good WiFi and nice breakfast buffet. Corner suite is big and has the biggest bathtub I've seen

The hotel has a great location near the city center. It was a great experience overall. The only comment I have is regarding the shower as the water sprayed on the bathroom floor a lot.

Dined at Buddha bar hungary - the food was very nice and filling! Amazing service as well and the decor is lovely. Only negative was a long wait between food - was getting hungry.

Hotel Staff is very cooperative. I had booked this hotel through makemytrip. My grandmother got hospitalised so i have cancelled the trip and informed them. After checking the genuineness of my medical documents they have cancelled my booking and gave the refund. Thanking you so much to the team of hotel.

Cockroach in the room. The manager was not solving it, she said to get free parking - LOL 😂😂😂 Horrible service, they have the same crazy restaurant, average food, service horrible and inside the restaurant was like in the fridge. Don't waste money and time with this hotel and restaurant, which is just a joke 😤

We stayed at Buddha in Prague last year and couldn't pass up another Buddha experience in Budapest. Absolutely beautiful and fantastic location. Great staff. We wish they were in more cities.

The cocktails were amazing. The bartender named Victor was professional and extremely nice and was what made us stay at buddha bar during the evening. However ALL the other waiters were really unfriendly and the service was poor. The music was good but way too loud. Two stars because if it hadn't been for Victor the experience would not have been nice at all.

One of the crown jewels of one of the most amazing cities! The food, the drinks, the cocktails, the service, the DJ, the everithing is on par with any world renowned place comes into your mind! Budapest a must, Buddha Bar Klotild Palace a must! Put Budapest on the list, among London, Paris and New York! Astonishing!
