Room (double twin) is somewhat small, with a strange configuration (space between bedframe and desk is too small to maneuver my luggage through; sink is separate from toilet bowl which is odd). But breakfast is awesome! One of the best I ever had. ;)

Very clean room with simple furniture. The bathroom which has a bathtub/ shower and a sink was a bit small. The toilet was in a separate room but with no washing facility which is weird. They provide a very impressive breakfast buffet which has make your own smoothies, fresh tomato juice ( not canned), steamed veggies, goulash, miso soup and fresh bakeries, but the dining area was quite busy in the morning that we were there. All in all, a comfortable and clean hotel.

Rooms are fine for couple of days stay, they just lack a bigger window or balcony. I went to indoor pool, and it is good for kids and recreation, but for swimming is too small. Water is good temperature, and the ambient is very nice.

Nice hotel, I have been here also two years ago and always had a great time. Breakfast is impressive. Rooms are wide and bright. Close to public transport or just few minutes via taxi

I didn't like rooms & Linen, rest everything is ok, breakfast was good. Lobby, restaurant area was quite fine. Staff was very good, I asked for milk and bread at night but they did not charge for that.

Efficient clean rooms with a fantastic staff. They went above and beyond our expectations while we were here for a conference. The breakfast buffet is fabulous with goulash and other unexpected treats. A great way to fortify for a day of sightseeing.

Great hotel.
Very good location, tram and bus stop just next to the hotel! Ample breakfast, we did not miss anything from it! Staff was always keen to help no matter what question we had!

Hotel was nice, great ambience, rooms are of contemporary design and very clean.
However service was unfriendly, hardly anyone returned a smile. Not very accessible for disabled persons, and hard to find elevators.
Lastly, many people including myself, requested for the air conditioning to be turned on, they would not budge. They apparently don't turn it on during this time of the year, at least that's what we were told. Not sure if they were just cutting cost or conserving energy, or both, who kniws?! Maybe it was broken and they didn't want to disclose that to their guests. Many guests were very uncomfortable. Rooms were warm and muggy. I requested for ice one night, and a young man showed up with a thin plastic bag filled with ice. I had to dispense the ice in every cup I could find.
If I were you, or whoever is reading this review, I'd try a different hotel before resorting to this one.response / report this review -

It is a business hotel with a lot of comfort.
Always been welcome.
Close to the center of town.
It is a clean and safe place.

This hotel is located about 15 mins (by taxi) from the centre of Budapest. The hotel has gym, sauna and a swimming pool on the ground floor - these can be busy at certain times so checking when it is quietest would be advisable. There is a bar on the ground floor serving drinks as well as food. Menus for the bar can be found in hotel rooms for convenience. Breakfast is a self-service continental breakfast with some Hungarian items available too. It can be found on the lower ground floor. Hotel rooms are clean and well stocked with a safe and mini bar available.
