Very noce Place, there are leisure pools outside and the thermal bath. These baths are less tourist respect the other baths in Budapest, there are more local people. The massage was Amazing and really cheap. I didn't try the bar but you Can take your own food. Great lights show in One of the leisure pool when the sun ho down.

Labyrinth but people will help you where to go. Spa on the middle with colourful lights is the best. Massage, workout in water in two places in the building. Liked it

I had very beautiful experiences in the baths until now. The place is very cozy and relaxing. There is a variety of pools , varying in temperature, to choose from. I especially love the steam sauna and the central pool. The downside I encountered is that if it's crowded, and people are noisy, due to the architecture of the place it can be pretty uncomfortable.

Went here twice in our four days. It's not too crowded and the staff is so much nicer than some of the other places. And it's cleaner than some of the more well known places. The mineral baths are so wonderful and the ambience is like being in an old Roman bath house. Saunas are nice and get a massage. They are great.

Best of the baths we went to, hands down. Less crowded, less confusing to navigate (without speaking Hungarian, anyway), and still relaxing as can be. I also had a good massage.
The guy who we rented towels from was also really friendly and funny and helped us out a lot when the cashier terminals went down when we were getting back or towel deposit.response / report this review -

These baths are the authentic real deal and mostly used by locals (very few tourists). Combine it with a trip to Margaret Island. The other reviews are fair, but if you're a seasoned traveller, you'll be just fine. Bath caps are required for the two swimming pools (and are on sale) but are not needed anywhere else. The flip flop rule was not enforced at all. Plenty of maps on the walls to navigate around the 'maze'. Food and drink in this part of the city is phenomenally cheap too!

This place is not for visitors! If you haven't been going here your whole life, you will likely spend most of your visit getting very confused, lost, and feeling like you are in an administrative boondoggle rather than a place where you can relax. My mother urged my husband and I to go because all of her Hungarian friends love it so much and it was a huge mistake. I even speak Hungarian fluently, but it wasn't enough to make us feel like we had any understanding of where things were and what the expected procedures were. The signage and maps are very confusing and unclear and all of the confusion is hardly worth it for the old, unimpressive bathing facilities.

Great place to spend even an entire day, the pools are quite interesting and for all people: mostly elderly, but also teenagers and adults. Could improve information in English, took us around half an hour to get going. The massages are delightful (tried manager massage and aroma massage) but they are time based and scheduled, make sure you are on time or you might lose them. There's also an eating place that seemed simple and healthy, but we didn't buy anything so can't really tell much about it. Would go again.

My favorite spa for winter in BP. I have visited 8 spa/swimming pools in Hungary and over all my Favorite has been Lukacs. Because I think the indoor thermal water is good and steam bath I love. But I loved the most outside water jet massage (you can lay down n can get massage for free), I haven't been there in the Summerbecause thought no open air Sunbeds places but definitely I will visit again in the winter

2 out of the three outdoor pools require swimming caps and you must bring slippers of some sort in order to use the baths at all! If you have long hair you must bring hair ties too.
This was my second thermal bath and I was pleasantly surprised.
I disagree with people saying that the staff is unfriendly. Everything is in Hungarian and the entire bath is one big maze so it is easy to get lost. Everyone I asked kindly showed me and walked me from one end of the venue to the other - I felt like I was treated well. They are not good at English but they tried.
Lots of local and not too touristy. Very nice and clean. Preferred this to the bigger ones for sure.

Nice thermal bath which are in need of a little bit of a renovation though. When you actually manage to find all the pools it's a lovely place. Loads of space outdoors with a rooftop seats too. It's a maze though, no signs clearly pointing you anywhere. The staff at the front desk is less than friendly. The spa is a bit out of way but nothing a short tram journey would solve.

A very nice way to spend an evening. There's a good mix of hot pool options but it is hard to figure out where different pools are. It's pretty affordable and very comfortable though.

An amazing local experience. Not the fanciest bathhouse but one of the oldest and not touristy. Nothing like a thermal hot spring to relax the body deep into the bones. Not much instruction had a lot of fun figuring everything out.
