  Not that good services as I knew in other countries in EU or in Asian. I asked for the bag which new released in Oct 2017, first staff said she didn't know about this bag and the other said, oh we have one in stock. They have only one item as display and "for sale". That means, everyone can try or play with that bag and gone. I got a nice BB there but the 1st on my wish list was other bag, they said that they are a small shop in Budapest and didn't stock a lot of bags there. The staff there were not friendly too, look down customer and I was unhappy about this visit. I prefer to pay more in Bangkok and get better service than this time.

  Worst experience . Walked in with not very welcoming staff BAKONYI GABRIELLA . Very rude the worst lady to be met . Ur experience in Louis Vuitton will change if u meet this lady . After her rude behaviour still Manage to meet someone sweet Maidina who helped us and we managed to buy . Reaching the cash counter BAKONYI GABRIELLA this lady made a sudden rule that one group can buy only 3 items . We said we are not one family but still she meant to be rude to say that only 3 items or you can walk out and leave everything. We wanted to buy different stuff one bag one belt one sunglasses we explained still no answer . If anybody wants proof u can check the camera.

  Very very poor service. Worst in european cityes. Next store I went to was Burberry and there the service was on a competely other level.

  customer service is top notch here. HOWEVER, because it is such a small storebe prepared for them to not have a lot of the products you may want. If you have enough time in your visitcome here first and preorder so it will be shipped to the store by the time you leave the country (if you're a foreigner).
