It should be family friendly hotel, but drains smell, there is not equipment in the kitchen and parts of bed are missing. No safe sockets, wires simply looking out of wall

This hotel is my worst hotel. I staied 3night. When I go to the hotel, I always feel scared. I met some women who say 'money, money' for 3days. And kichen is not free. I cound't use even electroic kattle. And blackfast wasn't fresh. I'm not sure when the food is made. Also when I use a shower, I had to feel cold & hot.

This is okay hotel. Close to metro m2. Big rooms. Needs more cleaning. Watch where you leave your car, and better ask for garage. Street thieves may break a glass to try stealing something. According to concierge it's not first time happened.

This has to be one of the worst hotels in Budapest , It's situated roughly 100 metres from a railway line with trains running every 20 minutes day and night ,The nearest metro Puskas Ferenc is a good 15 minute walk , The apartment rooms ,Though spacious are in great need of repair (one of the bedroom door handles came off in my hand) The fridge in the kitchen which I paid 4 € a day extra , Had broken down non of the sinks or the bath had plugs. When I complained we were given another equally rundown room. The reception had no facility to change money the nearest place to do so is outside Lidl 200 metres away and this closes at 1800 Breakfast was supposed to be served 7 to 10. On arriving at 8.30 we were met with cold scrambled eggs and sausages 3 types of cereal in jars which looked like they had been there for weeks , sour milk , a toaster but no bread only rolls which were impossible to toast due to their large size,A few slices of cheese and Ham .Coffee came from a machine which the staff unplugged at 9.30!!! All in all this is the worst place I have stayed in My 3 trips to Budapest . I find it unbelievable this place has a 3* rating . Hotel Happy ? I suggest they rename it Hotel Crappy or as in the English comedy Fawlty Towers. People try another hotel such as any of the Zara chain or Novotel . GOOD LUCK !

Good location, 5 min from buses, trams and underground. Good breakfast. The room was with bathroom (bath and shower), WC, aircondition, TV (german and english channels). Likeable staff, speaks english. Lidl close to the hotel. Kitchen in the room: fridge, oven, stovetops (kitchen accessories extra pay). The rooms are cleaning every day, the staff is open on questions. Railway viaduct is 100 m from the hotel, but the rooms are well muted.

Excellent accommodation for the money. In the hotel I was with his wife and daughter. We paid an apartment (70 m2) in which can accommodate seven adults (two bedrooms iving room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet). I chose the hotel because it was near the Congress Centre. The hotel is really well located about you within 2-3 km, there are many shopping centers (OBI, Tesko, ikea, Arena Plaza) and other attractive locations (zoo, Fernec Puskas Stadium). The hotel is clean, they clean rooms every day. The price included a breakfast The hotel also have wi-fi and parking garage that would be paid. Besides the hotel there is a street where you can park your car free of charge.
