It was a bit small and simple room, but everything else was ok.

They were very helpful at the reception and this was offset by the old average look of the hotel and the room. Clean, well-organized accommodation with good breakfast. Transport is very good, you can quickly get to the tourist attractions. It's perfect for a couple of nights.

For one-two nights it was absolute perfect. It was a little long distance from the airport with public transport but it is close to the city center and to the tourist attractions. Worth that price.

The worst customer service ever. Called from the airport at 4am to ask if an early check in was possible (6/7am) the receptionist said yes, booked the hotel online for 2 nights. I mentioned I would be happy to pay an early check-in fee, however once I arrived the receptionist took my details and said that I need to pay for 3 nights. I explained to him that I wouldn't had left the airport so early if I knew that an early check-in was not possible, charging me for a night is not fair and that I called to confirm that it would be OK to arrive early. He was just staring at me not saying a word. I ended up cancelling the booking and got even a better last min deal 4* hotel for almost the same price. Dear staff I would suggest to work on your customer service skills.

Oldie but goldie! :D It is at buda side, but in a good location. 24 hours reception and they are very nice. Room was bit small, but clean, breakfast was ok.

Price, localization and personel ok. Everything else was awful. Room with old and destroyed furnitures and sleazy. Bathroom and room not cleand for a long time. No aircon. Very hot in rooms! Paper walls you may here everybody else.

Definitely, it was worth 15 € per night, but you should not expect too much. Staffs were friendly when we asked that we want to change our room with another one because of stink bugs in our room. The hotel has also good bus connection to city centre.
We were in Bara junior hotel on October and we tried two different rooms and in both of them, there were lots of stink bugs.
There was not any service room during three days that we stayed there. Although the other rooms had once the service room during 4 days of residing.
We were group of people and we had four rooms. 2 out of these 4 rooms were renewed recently and everything was fine, but the other two rooms had very old and dirty furniture.
In the website, we chose double beds for double bedrooms, but it was like two single beds which were located next to each other.
Bathrooms are too small and we were not comfortable while we were taking shower.response / report this review -
