We enjoyed our stay at Museum Hotel. The room we had was very clean. The breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from. All hotel staff were very helpful. It's location suited us because it was within walking distance of many sites people visit.

Good location, incredibly helpful reception and hotel staff. AC unit in the room needs a touch but didn't spend too much time in the room. Stayed here and explored the city. Room is nice with high ceilings and it was clean.

All in all a nice hotel. But honestly, for the price, I expected better. The rooms and bathrooms are surprisingly small. The air conditioner didn't work very well. Breakfast was very good and the spa is nice, but has very limited hours of only between 5pm-10pm every day.

Nice quiet location in the heart of Budapest. Near Astoria metro. Rooms nice size with a fridge. Staff very friendly and helpful. Air con is good as it was very warm when we stayed. Breakfast a very good assortment of goodies. Spa and gym worth a visit to burn off calories after having a large beer. Good value for money hotel.

Comfortable-ish hotel in a good location. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Comfortable-ISH because the beds are big but rock hard, the showers have good pressure but are tiny, and you have to pay for everything else (for instance, there is no iron or ironing boardbut you can pay them four euro per garment to do it for you). There are some nice amenities, like their thermal pool and spa, but we didn't take advantage of those. Would recommend to people.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very close to a major transport interchange so excellent links all around the city. The hotel is superbly designed and the rooms are spacious and modern.

If I had the choice I would give 4.5 stars.

Pros:
We paid £50 a night for a 4* hotel room in a prime location. Affordability gets top marks.
Onsite sauna is small but pleasant for relaxing after a day walking around the city. Gym is also small, but empty, so would suit the few travellers wanting it.
Pleasant decor throughout.
Free Coffee in the lobby, lovely staff.

Cons:
Room was small, more in line with space in an express hotel (think Ibis, Holiday Inn) than what one would expect in the more upmarket hotel it sells itself to be.
Breakfast is a quite dear if you are paying for it separately from your room.
Lots of bars nearby, but it would be nice for the hotel bar to be open a little longer if you dont fancy leaving the hotel but would like a drink.

Summary:
Really cant complain for the price I paid, would have been a little disappointed if I was paying the €200 a night that was listed on the door though! Great staff and location are key, and the hotel provided both. Would recommend to friends and family.

Hotel is OK, but not 4 stars standard.
First room had a broken socket, after hotel staff touched it, the electricity on the floor wasn't working anymore. Had to change room, to a room with broken bulbs and not correctly working coffee machine. Had to insist to get some more light for the room.
Found uses hygienic articles unter the posters.
The installations in the bathroom where quite old and wonky.
Big rooms, difficult to heat.

Room was small but fine for a short stay. the strangest thing was the glass bathroom door!! WTH? You had to hang a towel over it so you didn't have to watch your mate taking a dump!
Pretty good location, a short walk from a major transit stop, or reasonable dining options.

The Hotel is in an ideal location with easy access to many attractions in the city. The Hotel is very comfortable and the staff really friendly and kind. The breakfasts are excellent. Room service could be improved.
