Overall a really good experience. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the whole place is nice and cozy :)
We had a funny situation with the cleaning crew trying to enter the room several times while we were sleeping, and the "don't disturb sign" was hanging on the door. They just tried again later a few times, and in the end our room wasn't cleaned that day.
Breakfast buffet was lacking more gluten free and vegan options.response / report this review -

Clean, well-adorned. Beautiful view on the Danube and Palace of the Parliament (at least from some rooms). Very convoluted access, as it consists of two separate buildings - one added/bought after the other - united by a sort of tunnel. Nice service and staff.

This hotel is an awesome place to stay while visiting Budapest. From beginning to end the customer service was professional, helpful, polite, and accommodating.
They offer an great buffet for breakfast. This is an absolute must do. The quality and quantity for the price can not be best.
Conveniently located near the metro so park your car for an easier, less stressful way to enjoy the city.response / report this review -

Awful hotel, WiFi can barely download a Facebook feed, rooms are dank and smelly, tons of bugs were on the ceiling when we checked in. They dealt with this by spraying insecticide everywhere, so we couldn't breathe and were forced to find dinner so the room could air out. Mind you, this hotel is expensive and rated highly on trip adviser so it was very unexpected that the hotel is not very nice! Huge ripoff. Uncomfortable beds made up of two twin beds with cheap mattress tops and twin size comforters on each side. Threadbare towels, unappealing bathroom smell. Only thing good is it has a nice view.

Nice hotel on the other side of the city, which makes it more relaxed to stay there. Friendly staff. We were there during red bull air race, lots of security and such, but didn't feel any less important than the red bull staff or their guests.

The good : nice rooms with funky design, great views from some of them, very nice staff, English speakers, private parking. The bad: most of the rooms don't have a balcony, TV stations unsatisfactory, the restaurant is average at best, the paintings on the walls are 85% crappy. The ugly: the private parking is 18 euro/day, restaurant is expensive.

Excellent value hotel right on the bank of the Danube. Clean and modern with very helpful front desk staff. My room on the sixth floor had an amazing view over the Hungarian Parliament building which provided beautiful views. Did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment, but the cocktails in the bar weren't the best: I'd stick to lovely Hungarian wine or beer there.

Absolutely fantastic stay and great value for money.
We had a Castle View room which we were upgraded to on arrival for free. The room was a good size and very clean. The housekeeping staff did a good job of keeping it that way each day.
The staff were really great and booked us a taxi to and from the airport on request.
The breakfast has a decent selection and was quite nice.
Location-wise this was great. Basically everything was within a 15 minute walk and a lot of things were even closer.
Will be my first choice if I ever visit Budapest again.response / report this review -

I had a very spacious room, good shower, good bed and it was nice and quiet. The offered view of either the castle or Danube was not to be, as I looked into a courtyard, and the desk staff were overly obsequious and didn't really care, but otherwise it was great. Location-wise, it's in a good spot, close to things in Buda and not too far away from the bridge to Pest
