Very nice rooms, especially ones overlooking the Danube. Restaurant is nice. Lobby and a couple of stores. Onsite parking. Great location. Modern.

Prime location for a hotel in Budapest, just across the river from three major tourist destinations. We had on of the newer rooms. Comfortable furnishings, our favorite was the sitting area right next to the window with a great view. The staff at the hotel are friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. There is a lovely restaurant and bar next to the reception which is prefect.

We stayed at this hotel during a business trip that I was able to bring my family along for. This hotel was centrally located in the heart of Budapest, right on the Danube River. It has amazing views from the room as well as the Executive Lounge on the top floor. The breakfast bar had a great spread in both the hotel restaurant and in the Exec Lounge! They even cooked eggs to order! Top marks for their hospitality! We traveled with an infant and the staff was very professional and helpful with all that entails. The concierge assisted us in getting a taxi with a baby car seat, helped us book a dinner cruise and gave us directions to some local attractions & stores. The gym was very nice, they even had trainers and massage therapist available to assist you! Their was plenty of equipment (and nicely spaced out), a hot-tub and both a sauna and a steam room! The only downside that I can think of was the lack of a pool in the hotel. This hotel has a very nice restaurant and bar attached as well as plenty of conference rooms for events. (We had an amazing steak while we were there - it was a little pricey, but worth it!) Our room was very spacious, clean, had a comfy bed, and they even provided us with a baby crib at no additional cost. Despite being in a foreign country, everyone spoke English and we never had an issue trying to translate anything while we were there. Honestly, this was a wonderful hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Budapest!

Situated on the bank of the Danube, the views from this hotel are spectacular. The rooms are beautifully laid out, comfortable, clean with everything you need. But what makes this hotel really special is the attention given to guests by the wonderful staff. A special thank you to Boglarka on reception who noted my birthday with a beautiful gift in my room. A particular mention to the service manager, Nicholas and to Bernadette who went out of way to help us find and locate a mobile phone, accidentally lost on the premises. We have been lucky to have stayed at many hotels around the world and Marriott please note that the staff here are of your very best !

Fantastic hotel set in the middle of Budapest. Room was as expected with great views of the castle. Had access to the lounge terrace with even better views - I even recognised a TV show that was filmed here. Hotel staff were absolutely amazing -cannot speak highly enough. Hotel restaurant was good - no need for room service. The only downside I can think of is that there was a little wait for taxis. I'm used to staying at nice hotels around the world and this is one of the best!

Nice location and view, overlooking Danube. Very professional gym. I like decoration but food is not up to standard for this hotel.

Good sleep quality and location but not price worthy. Save your money and take into a decent three star hotel instead.

Very nice hotel. Excellent facilities. Great views from pretty much any room. Very well located. Staff is very friendly, ready to assist as you may need. Great food offered by the Pepper's Lounge. Strongly recommend! The only negative point during my stay was a NATO conference, in one particular night I had to wait for almost one hour while security could allow us to get in.

The location is great, the rooms are average, but the staff is very poor. We were really disappointed with the service at the front desk, concierge and executive lounge. Don't expect any recommendations or help with setting anything up to see the city, etc. Just know you are on your own!
