  penosa agenzia dove la gestione è affidata a una signora che fa aspettare i clienti in orario di apertura per portare a casa la spesa e non è in grado neanche di dare le spiegazioni di base ai chi si ferma a chiedere

  Very disappointing: On the recommendation of my landlord I went to the office to have my bus ticket printed (one single sheet) that I needed for the next day. The lady at the counter continously refused to help me out with this while standing next to two printers. She acted friendly, but would not even print for money. I did not get any explanation nor advice where to find another printer in this village. My family has been coming to Stara Baska for many years but from now on we are certainly not going to book an apparent at this agency anymore. Good service ought to go beyond the minimum.
