I went in for a series od 7 treatmants (laser hair removal) and wasn’t satisfied with the cosmetician or the results. Firstly, she didn’t explain anything, kept silent for full sessions, and told me about the need to “maintain” results 2-3 times per year only after the last appointment - whereas in the beginning she said these were going to be life-long results. Additionally, I felt she went about her job with haste, not really doing it properly. The results were not what she said they would be at the beginning - she said I could expect 90% less hair whereas in reality I’m at 70% results top. Not satisfied overall, would NOT recommend as you can get this service at other salons for a portion of the price and arguably better results and service.

Majda is the best for crowns and veneers she has done a wonderful job with my smile. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting veneers or crowns. She is very friendly and will help you to get the results you want. I would give her a 10 if I could thank you so much majda

I would absolutely not recommend this polyclinic to anyone. First of all, they are very bad diagnosticians, and their priority is to sell laser therapy and skin cosmetics, not to address the causes of skin diseases. This is my opinion since I was completely misdiagnosed. The facial examination lasted a full ten minutes with the help of a dermatologist, without a detailed examination of the facial skin. After that, they sent me therapy in the form of an invoice in a value of 6,000 kuna a combination of a laser that has 65% efficiency and an offer of their cosmetics and some antibiotic cream that achieved absolutely no results. I went to another clinic. The dermatologist immediately gave me a good diagnosis after a thorough analysis of the facial skin and the findings of the laboratory. With antibiotics and antibiotic creams, all problems disappeared in 14 days. Therefore, the Bagatin Polyclinic absolutely does not deserve any recommendations. It is simply overrated!

Insanely high prices WITHOUT TAXES! A whole lot of promises without actual results. Completely based on selling products & treatments without focusing on the person and solving the existing problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very professional service. I would say it fits the price you pay. Top location, staff and relations with customers. EDIT: when you pay the service for one price and than 9 months later you are charged 60% more for the same thing you are not going to be happy.

I have been at the "Bagatin Clinic" in Zagreb last weekend and I found out that it's an extraordinary facility located on a 10th floor of the "Double Tree by Hilton Hotel" which makes it an ideal location for combining your stay in beautiful Zagreb with great accommodation. Amazing view, beautiful culture, great experts, all in one place and now they have the first Quanta Duetto laser in the region. Thank you guys at @poliklinikabagatin and our distributor @revelo, I had so much fun!

The best staff. Everyone is so nice and helpful, the office/equipment are state of the art. I'm beyond satisfied will all my results. I will be going back for all my future needs! ps - I'm comparing this to doctors office's in Scottsdale AZ, and this is really top of the line work and care! Thank you!

Amazing experience! Staff and facilities are very professional! Thank you so much Dr Snjezana Kramaric for your incredible bedside manner and attention you gave during my procedure. I have had lip injections two other times in the US and this time was by far the least painful and most successful! There was zero bruising after the treatment and very little discomfort. My lips look absolutely beautiful now! I would highly recommend this clinic and their providers to everyone! Thanks again for a wonderful experience!!
