  Took my almost new 16" MBP purchased in July 2020 to replace a broken screen. Got it back after more than a month (they said it should be done in a week) with an improperly installed screen, formatted disk, new OS (they said all data will remain, no need for backup and all of our work was on it), with new dents and marks on the top case, not turning on each time, with a new click clack sound when closing lid, and with less than half of the promised repair done. And they tried to charge more than originally agreed for half of the promised work (7k)! Ram servis denied all mistakes, lied all the time, they were surprised that the HD was formatted after they installed new OS?! Extremely unprofessional, ruined our new 16" MBP, probably never repaired anything similar before. It is basically one repair guy, with a very frustrated lady handling complaints, and she knows nothing about computers. Very difficult to explain anything to someone who knows nothing about computers and each complaint is about a repair. Would definitely avoid for any recent Apple models, as the damage they do is too expensive to fix.

  I've taken my PC for cleaning to Servisi RAM. PC looks clean with the exception of the top side which wasn't cleaned for some reason - hence 1 star less on review.

  Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Great service. They fixed my 2010 Macbook Pro that had GPU kernel panic issues. Replaced bad capacitor and now it's working great.

  Vrlo strucna, pouzdana i brza ekipa. Pronasli su i otklonili kvar na maticnoj ploci nakon sto su ostali servisi dali dijagnozu "otisla vam je maticna".
