Beware your credit card account since I'm struggling now the 3rd day with the hotel Sheraton because they charged my account for significant higher amount then it's issued on the receipt. It seems that I will have to ask my lawyer to suggest further steps, if it's alarming the police or sue the hotel, we will see. But something like this never ever happen to me yet. It's a real shame on the Sheraton name for misusing the credit card data, providing an untrue facts.

Wonderful hotel though pool very small. Terrific breakfast buffet and lovely open spaces and rooms very nice as well.

The hotel is a bit dated but rooms are comfortable and spacious. There is no club lounge or happy hour at the bar. No complementary drink coupons or free breakfast to make up for no lounge. This was a bummer as most properties I have stayed at included free breakfast for Platinum members without having to select it as a welcome gift. The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk to most sites in the city. They have the MAGC program. Overall, I would probably still stay here again. I ebjoyed the piano player at the bar.

Located in the city centre, Sheraton Zagreb Hotel is just a stroll away from the main attractions where Zagreb’s history and tradition can be witnessed in museums and galleries, architecture, numerous theatres, lively cafés, and bars. Offering easy access to the city’s main points of interest and close to public transport. Food is just good but not at Sheraton level, slow and confused service for place like this.

Here you find what you are expecting from a Sheraton Hotel. If the utilization is not to huge, even the very small breakfast area works. As soon as spring starts the utilization grows immediately, experience from past shows that a normal breakfast then is not possible. Also, the whole logistics and how is organized amplifies that problem.
Why does Sheraton not wake up? For long people want a new, modern look, getting rid of the old (or course clean) style. I would prefer modern, light, clean, style. Therefore, I only be your guest, if no other possibilities are around. Sorry guys! But very nice and friendly personal.response / report this review -

The hotel was satisfactory. Check-in took longer than expected and we were given room keys to the wrong room at first. The gym was large and a variety of equipment to use. The room was average but unfortunately, the shower was covered in mold. Would likely choose another hotel for my next stay in Zagreb.

To be honest didn’t use much of the services but was a bit dated. Enjoyed the lovely staff. Nice comfortable bed! Good room! That’s what matters.

Nice hotel in a fairly central location.
Meals (breakfast & dinner) were a nightmare - buffet style, not fast enough replenishing food, not enough seating.

Located outside the historic area but only a short walk away. Rooms are well-appointed and clean. Bar is nicely stocked and has a comfortable old-world look to it. Helpful staff.

Its centrally located and for the price, you just can't beat it!! All the comfort of a regular Sheraton, but elevated!! Our room was quite large, with a very comfortable bed - and the best part was they allowed us to use our Platinum breakfast benefit for room service! What a spot!

Expensive and not the best service in town. There is a free parking space in Branimir centar if you just buy popcorn - they will validate your ticket.

One of the most visited hotels in Zagreb which was renovated several years ago. Rooms at the 5th floor are nice and cosy you can feel like at home, plate of fresh fruit and chocolate will wait for you.
Hotel is located 15min walk from city center.
Garage is provided.
Spa and gym are not so big but nice and clean.
Breakfast offers various food choice for every possible visitor.response / report this review -

Good hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:
+ Large room
+ Not worn down.. (Rooms renovated in the last few years?)
+ Clean
+ Good bathroom with large bathtub
+ Good bed
+ Good pillows/linens
+ Good Wifi
+ Really quiet.. did not hear any noise from any other guest during my stay.
Cons:
- Air-fresheners are used when cleaning ( fairly strong perfume ) but that seems to be common for all hotels in Zagreb.
- Could not open the window so had to run the AC. ( The fans could use a overhaul, but they were still within acceptable limits.. )
Overall the stay was quite nice, and will book the hotel for my next visit too.response / report this review
