It's situated on main street (one of those in one of urban parts of Zagreb) with very good tram connection to go anywhere from there. Rooms are quite old and heating is not good. Food is ok, good, fine. It's not for longer stay, but for day or two or couple of more is fine.

Looked forward for new years eve in this beautiful city zagreb. But the decision to party in the movie pub was wrong. Worst new years eve ever. We reserved for 7 people incl. food, band and drinks. Got a table for 3-4 persons. Waited over half an hour to see an empty buffet. They sold more tickets. Many people who have paid didnt get a table and food. It's a shame!

That's a pity that it's not possible to give zero! We reserved and PAID for a table for six but when we arrived there we were told that there was no table for us, the restaurant was full. There were dozens of people in the same situation, is it that difficult to count how many tables and chairs there are in the restaurant????? Even a kid of five could do that! We were told that the owner "unfortunately" was not there (really?), that we should send an email to ask to get reimbursed because they had no money in the cashier (convenient!). The following day we went back there to see where our money was but they told us that they still had not processed the accounts, and that we should send another email with the indication of our IBAN code. Let's see how all this end but just one recommendation to the management: if it was a mistake, it means that you don't know how to do your job so close the restaurant and find something else to do in life; if it was not, you should get fined for cheating people!

Loved that we could choose between the three but still have them separate enough that they don't interfere one with the other. Good amenities in the hotel, free parking, great food in the restaurant and live music in the bar which over the weekend so we had a full experience. Thoroughly recommend!

Amateur mistakes and rude, I do not have words to describe how bad service hotel. After I booked and paid double room, arrogant lady from the hotel called me and said they were mistakenly booked a single room and offered me a second date as a solution. Since I no other date has not responded, but did not have enough time to look for other accommodation I was forced to take the single room. So two people are sleeping in bed for one person, and we paid double room. At the end of the staff did not even apologized for the huge mistakes. Never again

Really a specific place with great clubs less than 100 meters of walking distance and two smalls shops out of which on works the whole night.
