Great location but needs some TLC. The rooms are basic and in need of a lick of paint but OK. The hotel advertises the bar opens til midnight every day but it wasn't open past 9pm. Could be much better

Ok to stay..rooms are big enough..tram station is exactly oppossite to the hotel..little far from city centre but not an issue..

Just had 3 nights at the Arcotel Zagreb . Bedroom had plenty space and comfy beds .
Large bathroom with great shower and toiletries. Superb breakfast hot/cold items with plenty to choose from .
Staff were warm friendly and welcoming.
Walking distance to railway or bus station .
I would stay at the Arcotel again .

Nice place. Bar downstairs open until 1 am offering free ice. Nice rooms. Pizza and burger place next door open late. Fitness center. Room service until 10:30 PM. Free wifi.

The location is great and close to the city center but the basic things don't seem to be available in the room including the tea and coffee tray.

We stayed in the hotel three nights while we were travelling to other cities. They were kind enough to keep some of the luggage, which really helped. Nice staff and perfect location to the tram and the main bus stop. Great place!!

Arcotel is great for business and leisure. It's central, modern and the staff are probably the best & most friendly and professional in all Zagreb. Very highly recommended.

The rooms are clean and what you need them to be for a quick stay. Always take two key cards if you have the opportunity. One stays in a keycard deposit inside your room to turn on the lights (and to keep them on). If you remove it while you're in your room the lights will turn off. The overall look and feel is modern and spacious. The food was good and not expensive. They have a lovely little terrace facing the main street and they have a few table games such as foosball and billiards. It is extremely near the main bus and train stations and easy to use public transportation since many lines come through.
