Visited fron 28th April 2018 to 2nd may.
Warm welcome, fantastic location, beautiful view from bedroom and restaurant patio. No lift wasnt an issue for us but could be for others. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel a little tired in places but clean and comfortable thanks for a lovely holiday we would return

A reasonably priced hotel with good facilities. Room was fine and the bar area relaxing and quiet. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make the stay a good one. The food way fairly basic. Breakfast was simple but a good range. The evening meal was buffet style and very middle of the road. I chose to eat out after the first night. Overall I would recommend.

Great location by the sea and very conveniently connected to the Old Town by local bus. Rooms are sea facing and the view is excellent. The sea is accessible too.. Breakfast is good..Overall it's a great place for a seaside vacation..Recommended!

Lovely hotel if a little dated.. staff are fantastic, couldn’t do enough to help. No lift so if you struggle with stairs I’d make sure you request a ground floor room.

Very nice place with own beach and services (umbrela..towels..drinks). Close to walk arround beaches, close to schops, close to historical centrum by bus (stop on front of hotel)a lot to do in holiday time it is in close from this hotel. Breakfest are great (I'm vegetarian) restaurants have great 🔆

Been here two nights so far. Nice hotel andd helpfull staff. Great beach area and surrounding area and lapad beach is easy ti get too. Room and hotel is a little run down but i dont mind. Enjoying my stay so far.

Excellent location of the sea front. Polite, friendly staff and always had a smile on their faces. The staff couldn't do enough for you and happy to help with advice on local attractions. We was half board and was worried about the food..don't be! There's different varieties of food every night. Room was cleaned and tidied every day, a little on the dated side but who cares when you only sleep in the room .
Number 4 bus is 2mins walk away and takes you right into the 'Old town'. A perfect week away spend at the hotel and surrounding areas of interest x

Für die Lage und den Strand gäbe es 5 Punkte, auch das Personal ist kompetent und freundlich;
ABER: unser Zimmer im 2. Stock (ohne Lift!) war winzigst, das WLAN funktionierte kaum, eine Lampe war defekt, aus dem Bad kam ständig unangenehmer Geruch
3 Sterne schmeicheln daher dem Splendid

If you have children do not stay at this hotel, it is totally in child friendly. No pool, rough surfaces, slippery concrete beach and electric sockets loose on wall. In addition out room had no bath, shower cubicle only and the child cot the hotel kindly provided was a complete death trap as the matress was to small for the cot and as such our 9 month old daughter almost suffocated.

Our room had adequate aircon but our friends and family who occupied 3 different rooms had no aircon and as such had to sleep with doors open and got eaten alive by Mosquitos.
Worse when they politely complained the reception staff were unhelpful verging on aggressive and implied it was their fault!!!'

Zero customer service skills..

A few of the staff were friendly enough but the whole hotel is very tired and in need of a serious update..

The food was sub standard too.

On the plus side if you are a fan of hot tub time machine and want to travel back to a hotel from the eighties then fill your boots.
