Nice regular hostelwith amazing restaurant and cheep gooood food.
Nice budget hotel. Stayed here in September 2017 as part of a tour, this hotel seemed to cater to a large number of group tours of all ages due to its proximity to the bus terminal and cruise port. The hotel is also very close to a bus stop, several pharmacies and a large grocery store. The rooms themselves were simple but well maintained, the bathrooms were small but incredibly clean. The area where breakfast was served was large, comfortable and the selection was pretty decent.
Comfortable litle rooms with nice small balcony. Good breakfast. Nice location.
This is a superior 2 star hotel on the waterfront/port in Dubrovnic, Croatia. The rooms and beds are large and comfortable; the rates are excellent. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, water excursion boats.one drawback is the elegant 42 step marble staircase from the street to the lobby.
Discriminating costumers. We were not served the dish they had for lunch because we were not hotel guests and yet they advertised the dish in the street!!
Good hotel. Good breakfast. Near port Dubrovnik. Very good for transit travel.
Nice enough hotel, located near the ferry, buses and taxis. Staff were great, breakfast was nice and the room was fine.
Shower was very confined and too short.
Good location one a trip to Dubrovnik. Reasant price-value.
PERFECT WEEKEND BUDGET HOTEL. The hotel was fairly cheap for a weekend at peak season holiday times around the end of July costing around (£113) for two persons, between Thursday Night to Sunday 12pm. But under short notice another friend wanted to come and the hotel was nice enough to accommodate 3 persons with a small charge for the third person in the same room (£35 a night) registered under as breakfast charge. If we wanted to add another bed however it would've cost a lot more extra, so the Hotel was very lenient with this. We then merged the two single beds and slept Horizontal three ways (economical) since it was a group of friends, it's alright and we're not exactly big people. The hotel had decent air con, along with all your standard essentials such as towels, hairdryer, toilet tissues and soaps for the shower. The view from the Hotel was exceptional surrounded by sea and Dubrovniks authentic buildings. The beds were comfortable, lights all accessible, tv signal strong, a mini fridge to store drinks and a full outfit mirror. There was a lot of tourist information booklets near the reception as well as an excursion point in the hotel if you wanted to book activities such as kayaking etc. The wi-fi was at a decent speed and there is a computer in the reception you can use free of charge. Breakfast is really standard, not amazing omelettes or anything just the bare minimum starting from 7am to 10am. The location of the hotel is one of the selling points, it is a 20 - 25 minute walk to Old Town. Also, it is in the heart of the Marina so you're surrounded by boat party cruise ships, along with restaurants, supermarkets and the bars. It is also 20-minute walk away to Dubrovnik's bridge. For improvements I think the hotel should get electronic swipe cards rather than using big fob keys for the room and also get a safe in the room to put passport and money because it was lacking these. In conclusion, for a short stay in a really good location with standard facilities, this hotel is perfect.
Had nothing but lovely service here. The cocktails are nice, food however overpriced for the quality. The service is quick and effecient. Would highly recommend as a pit stop on your dubrovnik journey, even just for an ice cold Oźujsko.
We only had breakfast in here and it was pleasant. Croissants definitely recommended
It wasn't too bad but we visited at the end of October and they had changed the air-conditioning to all be set to hot. When we arrived, the afternoon sun was directly into the room and it was over 30C and there was no way to cool the room down. There was no minibar as stated and there was no massage service as stated either, but it was the end of the season. The room is kind of dated but otherwise comfortable. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It is not in a great spot for exploring Dubrovnik though as it's at least a 45min walk to old town, with a lot of that walk uphill. The breakfast is absolutely incredible though, best breakfast we've had in Europe yet.
Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. They even sent me some clothes back which we forgot in hotel. Nice view to the sea and next to the ferry harbour. Bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. Rooms are clean and nearly all rooms have a balcony. If we will be again in Dubrownik we will go again to this hotel.
Hotel Petka was clean, reasonably priced and had a nice view over the harbour. The service was good, if not overwhelming, and the breakfast reasonable. Would recommend if you're looking for something convenient before or after a cruise.
I booked a room in hotel petka for 2 days through an agency for a trip. Everything was fine. Great service! Food is awsome! Hotel staff is friendly!
