Rehab is no longer there and is changed the name to Relapse. Food was good and beer was cold. Serve all variety of food. We had wings and Nachos and they were very good.

Incredibly slow service and tasteless food. It took them 1hr to deliver garlic prawns me being the only customer there. 45mins into wait after enquiring about the order the lady who popped out of the kitchen seemed surprised that I ordered something. Bathroom was smelly and filthy with no water to flush nor to wash your hands. I was offered to wash them over dirty dishes in the bar area with no soap provided. It makes me think of their hygiene standards.

My opinion. Best bar by far on Utila.
Great good. An amazing staff who are always friendly and ready to help you with whatever you need. They make some amazing drinks check em' out. You wont regret it.

I had a unbelievable great time with Lee and friends when visiting in Oct. 2014. Lee, U ever get your WiFi rockin ?? Tell Terrell I want to sit down to another great Snapper dinner and slam some beer's down, only wish Jungle was still around. RIP Jungle! Folks this is a party place not for the crusty type!! Whether you want to relax or have a great time partying, this is a great place. Nice deck, comfy chairs and hammocks. Cold beers and good drink serving.

It's a bar. I wouldn't eat here though. I had pizza fries and a steak sandwich. The pizza fries were swimming in water which made them gross and soggy. The steak sandwich tasted very strange and the steak was chewy, tough and cut into large chunks.

I've heard the seafood is great but we didn't try it. We left after a couple bites of our lunch. Won't be back for food.

I'm how they update their recipes as I'm sure it could be very good if prepared with more care.

The quintessential island bar. Fun theme, reasonable shots challenge, epic views of the ocean and beach, hammocks and varieties of seating, and a laid back feel. We made Rehab our "home base" if you will. I prefer their breakfast to the rest of the menu which is typical American-style bar fare.
