There are 3 TVs in the room and the TVs in the living room and bedroom are quite big. We don't need to argue about what to watch. There's even a small TV in the bathroom.

There is a comfy sofa in the room. It's good to sleep on. The sofa is L-shaped so two of us could sleep there.

The service is quite good. We ordered room service and the staff reminded us to be careful because some dishes were hot.

The bell staff is caring. One person in our group got hurt the day before, and the bell staff remembered and asked if my friend is okay.

We had no problems during our stay.

With good seaview, dockyard with small boats moving, harmony while the sunset. Swimming pool at 76/F with great view. All you can eat Dim Sum afternoon tea for 2 hours, all are served with hot and fresh food. Less dessert choices. Only 3 types, may be extended to some cold one will be better. Nice and polite staff. Will visit again. 😊

We had lots of fun here! The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The food (in room and Woobar) was very delicious. My favorite part was definitely the pool! A beautiful view when the weather is clear. But be warned that the pool is only open at limited capacity due to Covid restrictions. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because the room wasn't as clean as the other W hotels that I have stayed at. For example, there were fingerprints on the mirror, hair in one of the drawers, and melted ice in the ice bucket that was from the previous guest.

Great staff, very helpful in many ways. The room we booked had magnificent view, only regret is the small gym room available. But compensated by the near to perfect swimming pool.

When life gives you a lemon, make lemonade.

Seldom I write a hotel-stay review unless it's really a bad one, but for this stay, it's a stay worth to share.

We're celebrating our 9th anniversary in Hong Kong this year and because of the situation we're still struggling across the globe, we had no other place to go. After so much reviews and recommendation from different channels, we decided to give W Hong Kong a try.

Our quality expectation for the stay was so high, but guess what? The quality perceived was higher than what we'd expected. Surprise, surprise, there is no gap of quality to us, even in a hard situation like this.

Every service encounter has reached its requirement, from preparation before the stay, checking in, food & beverage, free amenity and the whole W staying experience, it's a Wonderful stay.
A big thanks to the manager, Sammy Yick, and her team whom taking great care of our needs along the stay, even our additional request for the stay.

For all the travelers around the world, if you are celebrating your special occasion or you're travelling to Hong Kong, I sincerely recommending you to come and have a stay here with W Hong Kong.

The hotel is great, this is my second stay at the W in Hong Kong. The layout of the lobby is great and the food is amazing. The room is very tidy and comfy. It's connected to the Element Mall which is also very unique and full of great breakfast cafes. The mall is full of great restaurants and good stores. The train station (MTR) is also in the mall so it's easy to transit to many places. The hotel gym at the W is very advanced (for the machines), and the free weights were not bad. There was a squat rack but it was a smith machine but that's the best you can get for a hotel gym. There was a punching bag which was pretty neat and a Wii that had the fitness game in it. The staff there was very helpful and the view from the gym was awesome.

Very CHIC hotel with great connectivity. The hotel is attached to a shopping center and train station. Lots of great restaurant nearby. Definite will return to this great hotel.

Of the Starwood hotels in Hong Kong, this one is the most convenient to stay at. It's above the MTR station and very ready to get to from the airport using the Airport Express. Hotel is very modern and comfortable. Really nice suites and the location is awesome. Hotel restaurants are nice and so many options in the mall for food as well. Staff is very friendly.

Easy to comute by train to Hong Kong side but kind of a pain to try to get a cab back from there to come here as most taxi drivers will simply reject.
Overall the hotel is pretty good and targets a younger trendy crowd although it is packed with business travelers due to proximity to ICC tower.
The 24h gym and the pool above the 70th floor provides amazing views to the bay

Some bigger rooms (named Nice corner rooms) are very nice with a bathroom offering a very nice view while showering or bathing. Personnel is very available, breakfast is very good. The chinese restaurant at the entrance was really not good. Nice pool on 58th floor, feels low compared to ICC tower.
Will definitely stay again.

Near Elements shopping center which was nice to walk around and had several good food places. Convenient in that is near metro, less convenient in that it's not near the harbor and financial district. Things were also $$$, but to be expected of Hong Kong area and also a high end hotel like W.

Brilliant! Excellent service. Outstanding breakfast. Incredibly well-managed. Special shout out to Bennie and Jerry at breakfast. So sweet and skilled with the noodles and omelettes! Ryan Carol and Katie at check-in were excellent Both concierges that I spoke to were great I unfortunately did not get their name. Overall incredibly well managed by Peter Hildebrand. Yes it was so well-managed that I asked for the general managers name! We had a fantastic room with a spectacular view overlooking the water. Fabulous shower. The only issue was that there was a terrible smell in our room probably from the oil from all the boats. But they sent of an air purifier and some room Scent and a lovely note. It was well handled. Convenient location right next to elements shopping center where the airport train goes to. And they have a shuttle that will take you to the Star Ferry. Highly recommended. I would stay here again. This time it was with hubby on business. I would also recommend it for people are on holiday.#whongkong.

Comfortable bed and nice design and layout but it was like a family hotel during my stay ( China Golden week ), many kids screaming and running around, people are wrapping the breakfast in their bags.
Other room guest was smoking at light and morning in the non smoking hotel coz nose irritation, the hotel only can provide me 2 air purifiers and the second day morning the cigarette turn stronger before I check out.

Worst hotel I have stayed in Hong Kong. Poor attitude/service. Fan in room had a bad bearing so would wobble and make noise, lighting in room is set by automation which was neat but the sleeping level had 2 down facing LED lights that could not be turned off. Solution was waiting 20 minutes for staff to arrive and tape paper over the lights.
Pool is ridiculously small for a building of this size.
Could go on but my suggestion is to stay away. Much better choices.

Just visited the W for a quick break during the day and the staff were all very accommodating and friendly! Also they have free two hour WiFi for those who aren't staying the night, which was very welcome.

I love this place. The rooms are well decorated and I love the bliss spa products. The pool is on the top which has an amazing view. The bliss spa is also very nice.

Definitely a 5 stars. I loved staying at this place where the staff is incredibly helpful and even offer early check in as soon as the room is available. The decor of W has a young vibe which may not gel with many looking for a peaceful stay. Nonetheless, the bed is comfortable, the rooms are huge, the pool is heated, what else can I ask for?
