If you're just going to be there to sleep then this is perfect ;) the room we got wasn't as spacious but everything else if good! Plus good location because train stations are pretty close and so is symphony of lights sight seeing!

You can't Singapore without visiting this place!!!!! Amazing and will enjoy your day anytime and whatever you do there, so many activities you can do!

Uneducated Staff!!!
Just called to Hotel to reconfirm the booking,
One lady answered the call, she was so much in RUSH that she don"t want to listen what i am try to say.
she said Booking is from HotelsBed, call them,,,,,,

TERRIBLE to find it inside Mirador Mansion. Shared bathrooms for most rooms. My room was on another building, but I asked for a double bed and got two separate beds. Bathroom inside the room is not nice. TV did not work. Staff is friendly but they sure don't go out their way to help you. Cleaner only took trash out and didn't change the bed sheets.

NEVER MAKE ANY BOOKING IN THIS HOSTEL.
I made a very early booking with them last October for our tour in HK for December 28,thinking that everything will be all set.
But when we arrived there,that Chinese man said he gave out room ti somebody elsesaying that I MIGHT NOT SHOW UP!!!!
It outrageous
Good thing my friend knew somebody in Chungking

Do not dare to go here! There's a lot of options nearby. Very dirty room, no tv, bad airconditioning system, no towel, bed was too old and hard and dirty and most especially staff are not easy to deal with. You cannot refund the payment in case you cancel your booking. Look for better options especially if you have kids, they will be scared to sleep there. We transferred to Holiday Inn the next day and it was good to stay there instead. Such a waste of money! Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Air conditioner not working, power points not working, no hot water, parts of the room starting to rot away.
Looks good in photos but they must have been taken a long time ago.
Staff unhelpful.
Unable to cancel booking if you are unhappy with room quality.
