Convenient location, clean and spacious rooms. However they keep removing little things like that in room laundry machine and TV speakers.

Some rooms getting a bit of a 'lived in" smell.

I love this hotel, new, clean, most spacious hotel for this price, 2 times bigger rooms than average hong kong rooms, stayed here 2 times. Good internet speed, convenient location. Best value for money! Highly recommended

This has been a very disappointing experiance. The hotels staff's approach towards rectifying errors made was met with a "dead pan" face. The response to our concerns were a single word reply and that felt like "lip service" In fact, we felt discriminated against due to ethnicity. Given that you pay up front for direct hotel made reservations, as a consumer, you have no ability to challenge the situation by leaving and checking into a more service orientated establishment. I would strongly recommend that you use an alternative hotel for your stay in Hong Kong.

Location is really nice. The room is clean. 24hours available for check-in. would be much better if breakfast service is more convenient

It's a nice hotel. The location is good. Pretty close to subway. The room is big and clean. However,it seems like there is no room service at midnight. I called the front desk and ask for chopsticks. And they asked me to come downstairs to get the chopsticks by myself.

Amazing hospitality (doormen are polite and super helpful); and great location on quiet street and 100m to MTR station.

NB this isn't a 5-stars hotel so don't expect a giant room, and there's signs of worn & wear (mostly the bathroom), but despite these short comings, we loved our stay

Pretty close to MTR. Many dining options within the area. The King room is good for a small family of 4.

Excellent hotel in a prime location in Hong Kong. Minutes from the subway/MTR, great location. Rooms are immense compared to most hotels in Hong Kong.

Location just 5 mins walk from wanchai mtr. 2 mins walk from Michelin Kam roast. Walking distance to ICAC. 2 mins walk to Honolulu cafe. Various supermarket/ convenient store around. Cosy and spacious. Friendly staff.

Good location. Clean and efficient service. After meal, I'd like to have foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat in Happy Valley. To my big surprise, I have seen so many foreigners enjoying Zenxes service. Very professional and modern. I like it so much. Will come again for sure.

The access card to the room was not provided due to some 'tech' issue and was asked to call the security everytime I need to access into my room. Very disappointed the way things were handled.

This hotel cancelled our reservation two months after we booked the room. They only proposed that we go to their other hotel with a much more expensive price. We are very disappointed. This would be illegal in France where we are from.

Could Be Better, The shower is not hot. The Air con is slightly noisy and not function well enough. But the price is good. Location is good, too.

Excellent service. Great location - it's only 3 minutes walk from a MTR exit. Spacious by HK hotel standards. It's definitely underrated but I think it will become more popular as the market discovers what's vale for money for business travelers. I stayed for 7 days and found it super convenient.
